【摘要】：正足球作為世界第一大球類運動,深受人們喜愛。但中國的足球競技水平卻不高,遠落后于世界領先水平,青少年人群的參與度也隨之大打折扣,校園足球的推廣與普及迫在眉睫。校園足球由課堂教學、課余訓練兩大部分組成,其中課余訓練是以提升足球技術技能為主要目的,其用時長、強度大、對抗頻繁,且每堂訓練課最后部分必須安排實戰(zhàn)球賽,因此在比賽中可更全面地提升學生足球技能。但就是這樣一堂合格的訓練課,卻讓部分家長、
