小學(xué)校園足球骨干師資培訓(xùn)課程體系的研究

【摘要】:為促進(jìn)我國青少年身體素質(zhì)的發(fā)展,校園足球從2009年正式啟動,時至今日已有8年之久。在這8年的發(fā)展期間中,積累了很多經(jīng)驗,也發(fā)現(xiàn)了許多問題。隨著2014年電視電話會議的舉行和2015年《教育部辦公廳關(guān)于青少年校園足球骨干師資國家級培訓(xùn)通知》的下發(fā)。我國明確和堅定了以足球為學(xué)校體育的突破口來促進(jìn)青少年身體素質(zhì)的發(fā)展、培養(yǎng)其堅韌不拔、團(tuán)結(jié)合作的精神以及塑造其講規(guī)則、懂禮貌、尊師重道等優(yōu)良品質(zhì)的方向。校園足球骨干師資培訓(xùn)的通知下發(fā)后,各地高校紛紛承接舉辦培訓(xùn)的事項,根據(jù)通知里提到的培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容制定了培訓(xùn)課程計劃。本著解決校園足球師資力量的問題,各地學(xué)員教師和講師個個都懷著滿腔熱血,十分熱情地投入到校園足球的工作中,這種為足球事業(yè)奉獻(xiàn)自己些許力量的精神凝聚了所有足球人的心靈。但是由于骨干師資培訓(xùn)在培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)置上沒有做精心的相關(guān)調(diào)研,培訓(xùn)課程目標(biāo)、課程內(nèi)容、課程實施以及課程評價方面缺少系統(tǒng)的規(guī)范,導(dǎo)致培訓(xùn)不能滿足學(xué)員的需求和目的。通過對小學(xué)校園足球骨干師資培訓(xùn)課程體系的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn):1、目前我國小學(xué)校園足球骨干師資培訓(xùn)課程體系不完善,在課程設(shè)置方面,對課程目標(biāo)、課程內(nèi)容、課程實施和課程評價方面沒有科學(xué)、具體的依據(jù)和原則。2、受訓(xùn)學(xué)員需要得到理論知識的補(bǔ)充以提高他們對校園足球的認(rèn)識,提高對足球教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練的理解。需要得到實踐的鍛煉,確保在正式進(jìn)入崗位前積累一定的足球教育教學(xué)經(jīng)驗。3、小學(xué)校園足球骨干師資培訓(xùn)課程體系還需要進(jìn)一步完善,培訓(xùn)課程的設(shè)置需要依據(jù)學(xué)員的需求、成人學(xué)習(xí)理論、體育課程論等相關(guān)因素,要結(jié)合足球運(yùn)動的特點及小學(xué)生對足球知識習(xí)得的能力去考慮,要選擇適合塑造學(xué)員為人師表、提高學(xué)員足球教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練能力的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,要在遵守一定原則的基礎(chǔ)上選擇合適的學(xué)科內(nèi)容進(jìn)行編制。本文緊扣課程體系四大要素的依據(jù)和原則,按照橫向與縱向、邏輯順序與等級層次的課程組織方法,對小學(xué)校園足球骨干師資培訓(xùn)的課程內(nèi)容進(jìn)行組織編排。設(shè)置了以小學(xué)水平二和水平三為教學(xué)方面的初級、中級培訓(xùn)課程,以小學(xué)水平二、水平三為足球隊訓(xùn)練方面的高級培訓(xùn)課程。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the development of teenagers' physical quality, campus football started in 2009, and it has been 8 years. During this 8-year development period, accumulated a lot of experience, but also found a lot of problems. With the holding of the 2014 teleconference and the launching of the National training Circular of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Young School Football backbone Teachers in 2015. Our country clearly and firmly regards football as the breakthrough point of school physical education to promote the development of young people's physical quality, to cultivate their perseverance, the spirit of unity and cooperation and the direction of shaping their good qualities, such as rules, politeness, respect for teachers and so on. After the notice of campus football backbone teacher training was issued, colleges and universities carried on the training matters one after another. According to the training objectives mentioned in the notice, the training contents formulated the training course plan. In order to solve the problem of teaching staff on campus football, all the students, teachers and lecturers from all over the world have devoted themselves enthusiastically to the work of campus football with full enthusiasm. This dedication for the cause of football their own little strength of the spirit of all football people's hearts. However, due to the lack of systematic research on training curriculum, training objectives, curriculum contents, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation, there is no systematic standard in the training of backbone teachers. As a result, the training does not meet the needs and objectives of the trainees. Through the study of the curriculum system of primary school football backbone teachers training, we find that: 1, the current primary school football backbone teachers training curriculum system is not perfect, in the curriculum, the curriculum objectives, curriculum content, There is no scientific, concrete basis and principle in curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. 2. Trainees need to be supplemented by theoretical knowledge to improve their understanding of campus football and to improve their understanding of football teaching and training. It needs to be practiced to ensure the accumulation of certain teaching experience in football education before entering the post. 3. The curriculum system of primary school football backbone teachers training needs to be further improved, and the training course design needs to be based on the needs of the trainees. Related factors, such as adult learning theory, physical education curriculum theory and so on, should be considered in combination with the characteristics of football and the ability of pupils to acquire football knowledge. In order to improve students' football teaching and training ability, appropriate subject content should be selected on the basis of following certain principles. Based on the basis and principle of the four major elements of the curriculum system, and according to the course organization method of horizontal and vertical, logical order and grade level, this paper organizes and arranges the curriculum contents of primary school football backbone teachers' training. The elementary level two and level three are taken as the primary and intermediate training courses, and the elementary level two and level three are taken as the advanced training courses for the football team.
