【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化程度不斷加深，經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的程度不斷加強(qiáng)。現(xiàn)代社會(huì)金融業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的核心地位越來(lái)越凸顯，隨著國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇，以銀行業(yè)為首的金融組織將面臨更大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與挑戰(zhàn)。在我國(guó)社會(huì)主義公有制的經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下，銀行業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中扮演著不可替代的角色。現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)正處于全面改革與轉(zhuǎn)型的時(shí)期，適應(yīng)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整及經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)的環(huán)境變化，銀行業(yè)未來(lái)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略需進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。今天的銀行業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中更多的承擔(dān)是中介服務(wù)功能，中介業(yè)務(wù)已成為全球商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展方向。在我國(guó)各家商業(yè)銀行在不同地區(qū)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)是不同的，如何“因地制宜”利用自身及環(huán)境優(yōu)勢(shì)，打造出更好的產(chǎn)品，制定更準(zhǔn)確的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略，是民生銀行長(zhǎng)春分行的長(zhǎng)效、良性發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。民生銀行是我國(guó)首家由非國(guó)有企業(yè)投資的股份制商業(yè)銀行，民生銀行長(zhǎng)春分行民生作為民生在東北地區(qū)成立的第一家金融機(jī)構(gòu)，其經(jīng)過(guò)近幾年的努力發(fā)展，在吉林省地區(qū)乃至東北地區(qū)，無(wú)論是與民生銀行其它分支機(jī)構(gòu)比較還是同行業(yè)比較，其經(jīng)營(yíng)效果都是可圈可點(diǎn)的。經(jīng)過(guò)幾年的勵(lì)精圖治，民生銀行長(zhǎng)春分行建成了輻射強(qiáng)、覆蓋廣、服務(wù)一流的經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)�，F(xiàn)階段民生銀行長(zhǎng)春分行的發(fā)展面臨著內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的變化，這里的環(huán)境包括了經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治等眾多方面，還包括民生總行戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整及分行自身根據(jù)其區(qū)域性特點(diǎn)的環(huán)境變化所帶來(lái)的影響，企業(yè)的發(fā)展過(guò)程從企業(yè)管理角度講，是不斷進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略決策、選擇的過(guò)程。民生銀行長(zhǎng)春分行面臨巨大的環(huán)境變化，為了保持其良好的經(jīng)營(yíng)效果，需要其適時(shí)而變，進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整。充分分析其內(nèi)外部環(huán)境變化，并利用戰(zhàn)略分析方法找出影響因素，從而運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論與模型進(jìn)行分析與操作。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)論文的規(guī)范性，結(jié)合了作者工作實(shí)踐及理論基礎(chǔ)，本文對(duì)民生銀行長(zhǎng)春分行的戰(zhàn)略研究從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行。 本文首先對(duì)我國(guó)銀行業(yè)的宏觀背景進(jìn)行了分析，介紹了股份制銀行的概念及現(xiàn)狀，介紹了股份制銀行在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)及國(guó)民生活中的地位，論述了本文所運(yùn)用的戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)概念。其次，運(yùn)用五力模型分析了民生銀行長(zhǎng)春分行的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境，突出了銀行業(yè)地域性的不同優(yōu)勢(shì)，，特別是民生銀行在長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)的業(yè)務(wù)個(gè)性。再次，運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論與模型，制定了民生銀行長(zhǎng)春分行的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。最后，在對(duì)應(yīng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)總體戰(zhàn)略基礎(chǔ)上，提出了具體實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略及相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the degree of economic globalization is deepening and the degree of economic integration is strengthening. The core position of modern social financial industry in economic development is more and more prominent. With the aggravation of international competition, the financial organizations headed by the banking industry will face greater competition and challenge. The banking industry plays an irreplaceable role in the economic development of China's socialist public-owned economy. At the present stage, our country's economy is in the period of comprehensive reform and transformation. In order to adapt to the national strategic adjustment and the change of the economic market environment, the future development strategy of the banking industry needs to be adjusted accordingly. Today's banking industry in the national economic life more commitment is the intermediary service function intermediary business has become the global commercial bank business development direction. Each commercial bank in our country has different competitive advantages in different regions. How to "take measures according to local conditions" to make use of its own and environmental advantages to create better products and formulate more accurate competitive strategies is the long-term effect of Changchun Branch of Minsheng Bank. The basis for sound development. Minsheng Bank is the first joint-stock commercial bank invested by a non-state-owned enterprise in China. Minsheng Bank Changchun Branch, as the first financial institution established by the people's livelihood in Northeast China, has developed through efforts in recent years. Compared with other branches of Minsheng Bank and other branches of Minsheng Bank, the operation effect of Jilin Province and Northeast China is remarkable. After several years of hard work, Minsheng Bank Changchun Branch established a strong radiation, wide coverage, first-class service network. At this stage, the development of the Changchun branch of Minsheng Bank is facing changes in the internal and external environment. The environment here includes many aspects, such as economy, politics, and so on. It also includes the influence brought by the strategic adjustment of Minsheng General Bank and the change of the branch itself according to its regional characteristics. The process of enterprise development is a process of continuous strategic decision and choice from the angle of enterprise management. The Changchun branch of Minsheng Bank is faced with great environmental changes. In order to maintain its good operation effect, it needs to change in time and carry out strategic adjustment. The change of internal and external environment is fully analyzed, and the influencing factors are found out by using the strategic analysis method, and then the theory and model of strategic management are used to analyze and operate. In order to realize the standardization of the thesis, combining the author's working practice and theoretical basis, this paper carries on the strategic research of Changchun Branch of Minsheng Bank from the following aspects. This paper first analyzes the macro background of China's banking industry, introduces the concept and present situation of joint-stock banks, introduces the status of joint-stock banks in our country's economy and national life, and discusses the related concepts of strategic management used in this paper. Secondly, the paper analyzes the strategic environment of Changchun branch of Minsheng Bank by using the five-force model, and highlights the regional advantages of the banking industry, especially the business personality of Minsheng Bank in Changchun. Thirdly, using the theory and model of strategic management, the paper formulates the strategic planning and design of Changchun branch of Minsheng Bank. Finally, on the basis of the overall strategy of corresponding planning and design, the specific implementation strategy and corresponding strategic guarantee are put forward.
