【摘要】:當前,我國支付結算體系,尤其是銀行卡支付體系日臻完善,它已經(jīng)成為與大眾生活息息相關的重要組成部分。特別是近年來,我國收單市場取得快速發(fā)展。可是,簡便易行的POS機業(yè)務的發(fā)展卻并不迅速,甚至到2012年末,全國聯(lián)網(wǎng)POS終端、聯(lián)網(wǎng)商戶相較全國中小企業(yè)市場,其規(guī)模仍微不足道。POS機業(yè)務,作為無現(xiàn)金交易,它是現(xiàn)代化消費最重要的工具之一,屬于商業(yè)銀行支付結算類中間業(yè)務的一部分,它能帶來穩(wěn)定存款、能提高經(jīng)營業(yè)績、能增強市場競爭力并在銀行發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定客戶等方面發(fā)揮著巨大作用,成為各家金融機構中間業(yè)務收入增加的主要渠道。當然,民生銀行收單業(yè)務的發(fā)展也存在著巨大的開拓空間。 本文以A支行為調研對象,在對A支行進行調研后,并對一些數(shù)據(jù)進行了整理。首先對該支行的POS機業(yè)務進行了深入的了解;然后,對該支行POS機業(yè)務的商業(yè)環(huán)境進行了認真仔細的分析,包括分析其業(yè)務需求和供給競爭;其次,詳細剖析和闡述了該行POS機業(yè)務在營銷狀況、業(yè)務規(guī)模、收益狀況及該支行在發(fā)展POS機業(yè)務的過程中存在的諸多問題;再次,在對以上章節(jié)進行總結的基礎上,利用內(nèi)外部分析矩陣對該支行POS機業(yè)務的內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢和劣勢、外部機會和機遇進行詳細分析,提出了基于內(nèi)外部分析的發(fā)展策略。最后,文章從改善POS機管理體制、風險防范、完善客戶服務體系、開拓新的營銷模式方面對該支行發(fā)展POS機業(yè)務給出了幾點建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the payment and settlement system of our country, especially the payment system of bank card, is becoming more and more perfect, and it has become an important part closely related to the life of the public. Especially in recent years, China's order market has made rapid development. However, the simple and easy development of POS machine business is not rapid. Even by the end of 2012, the scale of the connected POS terminal in the whole country is still insignificant compared with that of the national small and medium-sized enterprises market. POS machine business, as a cashless transaction, It is one of the most important tools for modern consumption. It is part of the intermediate business of payment and settlement of commercial banks. It can bring stable deposits and improve business performance. It can enhance the market competitiveness and play a great role in bank development and customer stability, and become the main channel for the increase of intermediate business income of financial institutions. Of course, the development of Minsheng Bank order business also has a huge space for development. In this paper, A Branch as the research object, after the investigation of the A Branch, and some data are sorted out. First of all, we have a deep understanding of the POS machine business of this branch. Secondly, we have made a careful analysis of the business environment of the branch's POS machine business, including the analysis of its business demand and supply competition; secondly, we have made a careful analysis of the business environment of the branch's POS machine business. Detailed analysis and elaboration of the bank's POS machine business in the marketing situation, business scale, income status and the branch in the development of POS machine business in the process of many problems; thirdly, on the basis of the above chapters summarized, Using the internal and external analysis matrix, this paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and opportunities of the POS machine business of the branch in detail, and puts forward the development strategy based on the internal and external analysis. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions on how to improve the POS machine management system, prevent the risks, perfect the customer service system and develop the new marketing mode for the branch to develop the POS machine business.
