【摘要】：資本市場主動服務(wù)"三農(nóng)"發(fā)展具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文以河南省涉農(nóng)民營企業(yè)發(fā)展為例,分析了涉農(nóng)民營企業(yè)上市融資對"三農(nóng)"發(fā)展的重要意義,指出了涉農(nóng)民營企業(yè)上市融資中存在的問題,最后圍繞發(fā)揮資本市場服務(wù)"三農(nóng)"作用,提出了推動涉農(nóng)民營企業(yè)上市的幾點建議,主要包括:著力于支持涉農(nóng)民營企業(yè)上市融資,提高輻射帶動能力;加大省級政府對涉農(nóng)民營企業(yè)的統(tǒng)一組織協(xié)調(diào);加強(qiáng)投資銀行等中介機(jī)構(gòu)對涉農(nóng)民營企業(yè)上市的輔導(dǎo)和支持;高度重視農(nóng)村地區(qū)專利技術(shù)等知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)和規(guī)范工作。
[Abstract]:Capital market actively serves the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers has very important practical significance. Taking the development of agriculture-related private enterprises in Henan Province as an example, this paper analyzes the significance of listing financing of agriculture-related private enterprises to the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and points out the problems existing in the listing and financing of agriculture-related private enterprises. Finally, the paper puts forward several suggestions to promote the listing of agriculture-related private enterprises by giving full play to the role of the capital market in serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers, mainly including: to support the listing financing of agriculture-related private enterprises and to improve the ability of radiation driving; We will increase the unified organization and coordination of the provincial governments to the agriculture-related private enterprises; strengthen the guidance and support provided by investment banks and other intermediary organizations to the listing of agriculture-related private enterprises; and attach great importance to the protection and standardization of intellectual property rights such as patent technology and other intellectual property rights in rural areas.
