【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展中占據(jù)了越來越大的比重�，F(xiàn)代物流被公認(rèn)為是企業(yè)在進(jìn)行運(yùn)營管理時,除了有效降低物品消耗、提高勞動力生產(chǎn)率以外,最重要的利潤源泉。隨著現(xiàn)代物流的重要性日趨顯現(xiàn),越來越多的企業(yè)將物流能力納入企業(yè)的核心競爭力要素。 (1)通過對國內(nèi)外物流園區(qū)定義的對比歸納,提煉出一個最精煉的物流園區(qū)定義。接著,對涉及物流園區(qū)研究的各種理論進(jìn)行總結(jié),結(jié)合國內(nèi)外物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展,進(jìn)行分析。最后,針對本文的研究內(nèi)容,給出了國內(nèi)外針對此部分的課題研究現(xiàn)狀。 (2)針對緬甸物流園區(qū)發(fā)展的環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,然后進(jìn)行緬甸物流園區(qū)需求量的預(yù)測。根據(jù)需求量預(yù)測的結(jié)果,進(jìn)行物流園區(qū)建設(shè)規(guī)模的預(yù)測。針對物流園區(qū)選址決策體系中評價指標(biāo)的特點(diǎn),提出采用非線性規(guī)劃數(shù)學(xué)模型與模糊綜合評價法的選址方法,結(jié)合實(shí)際研究課題,對緬甸物流園區(qū)的選址進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,得到了合理的研究結(jié)果。 (3)緬甸物流園區(qū)平面布置設(shè)計(jì)。此部分首先給出了物流園區(qū)平面布局規(guī)劃的定義,并探討了其必要性。其次,通過對緬甸物流園區(qū)功能需求影響因素的分析,結(jié)合園區(qū)微觀業(yè)務(wù)功能的分析,建立適合緬甸物流園區(qū)的功能服務(wù)體系。再次,考慮了功能區(qū)的面積計(jì)算,同時運(yùn)用定性和定量兩種方法相結(jié)合的方式,通過SLP方法,完成了緬甸物流園區(qū)的平面布置方案。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics plays an increasingly important role in the development of national economy and society. With the increasing importance of modern logistics, more and more enterprises incorporate logistics capability into the core competitive factors of enterprises. 1) through the comparison and induction of the definition of logistics park at home and abroad, a most refined definition of logistics park is abstracted. Then, the various theories involved in the study of logistics park are summarized, and combined with the development of logistics park at home and abroad, Finally, according to the research content of this paper, the domestic and foreign research status of this part is given. (2) analyzing the development environment of Myanmar logistics park, then forecasting the demand of Myanmar logistics park. According to the result of demand forecast, This paper forecasts the scale of logistics park construction. According to the characteristics of evaluation index in logistics park location decision system, this paper puts forward a method of location selection based on nonlinear programming mathematical model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. An empirical study on the location of Myanmar Logistics Park has been carried out, and reasonable results have been obtained. This part first gives the definition of the layout of the logistics park and discusses its necessity. Secondly, through the analysis of the influencing factors of the functional demand of the Myanmar logistics park, Combined with the analysis of the micro-business function of the park, the functional service system suitable for the Myanmar logistics park is established. Thirdly, the area calculation of the function area is considered, and the qualitative and quantitative methods are used to combine the two methods, and the SLP method is adopted. The layout of Myanmar Logistics Park has been completed.
