大慶市民環(huán)城農(nóng)村區(qū)域休閑參與影響因素分析

【摘要】:休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)是中國進入新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè),也是資源型城市轉(zhuǎn)型的重要途徑,已經(jīng)成為大慶重要的發(fā)展方向之一。探索市民進行環(huán)城區(qū)域休閑參與的影響因素及相關規(guī)律,有助于企業(yè)驅(qū)動和提升休閑活動策略的制定。首先,為奠定引領各章研究的邏輯基礎,構(gòu)建大慶市民環(huán)城農(nóng)村區(qū)域休閑參與模型,明確了研究所涉及的主體、動力因子、核心要素及相互作用關系。其次,歸納總結(jié)休閑參與影響因素,構(gòu)建環(huán)城農(nóng)村區(qū)域休閑參與內(nèi)部和外部影響因素的ISM結(jié)構(gòu)模型,得出,12個內(nèi)部影響因素分為7層,14個外部影響因素分為9層;結(jié)合實際,設計問卷并進行調(diào)研。最后,結(jié)合問卷結(jié)果,第一步,分析休閑參與內(nèi)部動機的不同年齡群體特征,得出:不同年齡群體休閑的主要動機不同,群體自發(fā)休閑傾向隨年齡增加而逐漸變大。據(jù)此,提出推動休閑參與策略,其中,短期策略是發(fā)展?jié)M足朋友相聚、消遣時間和充實生活動機的休閑活動,中長期策略需要考慮人群自發(fā)休閑傾向的差異,根據(jù)不同的核心動機,制定企業(yè)或者需要政府支持的推進休閑活動的機制和方案;第二步,對環(huán)城農(nóng)村區(qū)域休閑參與的市民內(nèi)部特征因素,構(gòu)建休閑參與行為實施意愿的Logit模型,得出休閑人群粗略畫像:年輕,已婚或未婚有對象,具有排解壓力等精神層面的休閑參與動機;據(jù)此給出企業(yè)休閑驅(qū)動策略,可采用規(guī)模定制的方式針對家庭出游的特征,增設家庭為單位出游的項目;第三步,根據(jù)外部影響因素的市民滿意度調(diào)查,得出:外部基礎服務保障、相關的資源配置、提供休閑教育服務具有一定優(yōu)勢,但在提供休閑信息服務、消費者權(quán)益保護以及食品安全問題處于劣勢地位,據(jù)此,休閑企業(yè)制定提升大慶環(huán)城農(nóng)村區(qū)域市民休閑滿意度的策略
[Abstract]:Leisure industry is the dominant industry in the development of China's new normal economy, and it is also an important way for the transformation of resource-based cities. It has become one of the important development directions of Daqing. To explore the influencing factors and related rules of citizens' leisure participation around the city is helpful for enterprises to drive and promote the formulation of leisure activities strategy. First of all. In order to establish the logical foundation to lead the research of each chapter, to construct the leisure participation model of Daqing citizens around the city and rural areas, and to clarify the main body, power factors, core elements and interaction relationship involved in the study. Secondly. Summarize the factors of leisure participation, construct the ISM structural model of the internal and external factors of leisure participation in rural areas around the city, and draw a conclusion that 12 internal factors are divided into 7 layers. 14 external factors were divided into 9 layers. Finally, combined with the results of the questionnaire, the first step of the analysis of leisure participation in the internal motivation of different age groups characteristics, concluded: different age groups of leisure motivation is different. The spontaneous leisure tendency of the group gradually increases with the increase of age. Therefore, the strategy of promoting leisure participation is put forward, among which, the short-term strategy is to develop leisure activities that satisfy the needs of friends, leisure time and motivation of life. The medium and long term strategies need to consider the differences of spontaneous leisure tendency of the population, according to the different core motivation, to establish the enterprise or need government support to promote leisure activities mechanism and program; The second step is to construct the Logit model of the intention of leisure participation in rural areas, and get the rough portrait of leisure crowd: young, married or unmarried. Leisure participation motivation at the spiritual level, such as relieving pressure; According to this, the enterprise leisure driving strategy is given, which can adopt the way of scale customization to meet the characteristics of family travel, and add the project of family travel as unit. The third step, according to the external factors of citizen satisfaction survey, it is concluded that: external basic services security, related resource allocation, provide leisure education services have certain advantages, but in providing leisure information services. The protection of consumers' rights and interests and the problem of food safety are at a disadvantage. Accordingly, leisure enterprises formulate strategies to improve the leisure satisfaction of citizens in rural areas around the city of Daqing.
