【摘要】:具有“無煙產(chǎn)業(yè)”和“永遠的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)”美稱的旅游業(yè),己經(jīng)與石油業(yè)、汽車業(yè)并列為世界三大產(chǎn)業(yè)。2009年國務院《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展旅游業(yè)的意見》的頒布,將旅游業(yè)提升至戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的地位,旅游業(yè)迎來了巨大的發(fā)展機遇。在此背景下,一種新的矛盾出現(xiàn)并日益凸顯,即旅游業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展對人才的大量需求與高素質(zhì)的旅游人才供給匱乏之間的矛盾。21世紀是人才競爭的世紀,人力資源作為第一資源,不僅成為各國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和科技進步的核心推動要素,也是國家與國家綜合實力較量的競爭焦點。目前我國旅游人才隊伍呈現(xiàn)出數(shù)量不足、質(zhì)量偏低、結(jié)構(gòu)失衡等問題,現(xiàn)實情況不容樂觀。培養(yǎng)和建設一支符合市場需求、有國際競爭力的高素質(zhì)旅游人才隊伍成為推動旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的當務之急。 本文以旅游人才培養(yǎng)模式為研究的切入點,基于旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特征及對人才的需求,從我國旅游人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及培養(yǎng)歷史入手,分析我國在旅游人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問題,剖析背后的深層原因,總結(jié)影響我國旅游人才培養(yǎng)水平的相關(guān)因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)旅游人才培養(yǎng)模式落后是其中的關(guān)鍵原因之一。通過對我國旅游人才培養(yǎng)模式類型與導向的剖析,以及對美國、瑞士、澳大利亞、德國、日本等旅游教育發(fā)達國家人才培養(yǎng)模式的類型與導向的比較,總結(jié)、借鑒國外的成功模式和實踐經(jīng)驗,為我國旅游人才培養(yǎng)提供有益借鑒。 在上述研究基礎上,本文提出要創(chuàng)新旅游人才培養(yǎng)理念,圍繞素質(zhì)教育、能力提高、知識學習及技能培養(yǎng),培養(yǎng)適應產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求的適用型、全面發(fā)展型和創(chuàng)新復合型旅游人才。在這一理念指引下,從供求關(guān)系著手,提出改革現(xiàn)行“h”型旅游人才培養(yǎng)模式,構(gòu)建“H”型旅游學術(shù)研究及應用型人才雙線培養(yǎng)模式,在其間搭建互通的渠道,使其均衡發(fā)展、互相滲透。通過研究型人才與應用型人才平衡發(fā)展的全新設計,引導學生根據(jù)自身特點、優(yōu)勢和興趣,選擇從事學術(shù)研究或應用型工作的職業(yè)發(fā)展方向,,以解決應用型旅游人才短缺的問題。 本文還提出,要以能力提升為核心,構(gòu)建旅游人才“通聯(lián)式”培養(yǎng)體系。在教育的連貫性上,從縱向?qū)⒉煌瑢哟温糜谓逃灤┯谌说囊簧,實現(xiàn)人與教育的整合。在教育的綜合與互補性上,從橫向上將不同類別性質(zhì)的旅游人才培養(yǎng)教育相結(jié)合,將學校教育(含普通教育和職業(yè)教育)與崗位培訓融為一體,實現(xiàn)教育與生活無縫結(jié)合的終身教育。在教育獲取的便利性上,采用靈活多樣的形式、內(nèi)容和方式,以滿足人人受教育,人人皆有學習機會的需求。 最后,本文基于上述觀點和相關(guān)研究,構(gòu)建了“H”型旅游人才培養(yǎng)模式的實現(xiàn)路徑,提出要實現(xiàn)由“以教師為中心”到“以學生為中心”、由“以課堂教學和書本知識掌握為中心”到“以素質(zhì)養(yǎng)成和解決問題為中心”的轉(zhuǎn)變,并針對我國具體國情及旅游行業(yè)發(fā)展情況,提出了具有可行性的研究建議。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century , as the first resource , the tourism industry has become the core driving factor of national economic development and scientific and technological progress , and it is also the competition focus of the country and the national comprehensive strength . In the 21st century , the tourism talent team in our country has not only become the core driving factor of national economic development and scientific and technological progress , but also the competition focus of the national comprehensive strength . Based on the development characteristics of tourism industry and the demand of talents , this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of tourism personnel in our country , analyzes the reasons behind it , summarizes the relevant factors that affect the training level of tourism personnel in our country , and finds out that the training mode of tourism is one of the key reasons . Through the analysis of the types and guidance of tourism personnel training mode in China , and the comparison and conclusion of the types and guidance of the training model of tourism education developed countries such as USA , Switzerland , Australia , Germany and Japan , this paper summarizes and draws lessons from the successful models and practical experience of foreign countries , and provides beneficial reference for the training of tourism personnel in China . On the basis of the above research , this paper puts forward the concept of innovative tourism talents training , and puts forward the application type , comprehensive development type and innovative compound tourism talents to meet the needs of the industry development . Under the guidance of this concept , the author puts forward the reform of the current " h " type tourism talent training mode , constructs the " H " type tourism academic research and the application - oriented talents double - line culture mode , constructs the " H " type tourism academic research and the application - oriented talents double - line culture mode , and guides the students to develop the professional development direction of academic research or application type according to their own characteristics , advantages and interests , so as to solve the problem of shortage of application - type tourism talents . This paper also puts forward that the cultivation system of tourism talents is established in order to improve the ability . In the continuity of education , different levels of tourism education are integrated into one ' s life from the longitudinal direction , so as to realize the integration of human and education . In the comprehensive and complementarity of education , the school education ( including ordinary education and vocational education ) and the post training are combined to realize the lifelong education of seamless integration of education and life . Finally , based on the above - mentioned viewpoint and relevant research , this paper constructs the realization path of " H " type tourism talent training mode , and puts forward the transformation of " taking teacher as center " to " student - centered " and " taking the knowledge of classroom teaching and book knowledge as the center " to " taking the quality form and solving the problem as the center " , and puts forward the feasible research proposal aiming at the specific situation of our country and the development of tourism industry .
