【摘要】：古城、古鎮(zhèn)旅游作為一種新的旅游形式，已成為目前中國(guó)旅游發(fā)展的新熱點(diǎn)。它的出現(xiàn)，一方面滿足了旅游者旅游休閑度假與科普文化的需要，，豐富了旅游產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)；另一方面，實(shí)現(xiàn)了古城鎮(zhèn)從原來(lái)的生產(chǎn)、生活功能向旅游服務(wù)與綜合科研等多功能的升級(jí)，促進(jìn)了旅游接待地區(qū)居民就業(yè)與增收。但是，目前我國(guó)古城鎮(zhèn)旅游正處于不斷發(fā)展的上升期，發(fā)展過(guò)程中缺乏系統(tǒng)的科學(xué)指導(dǎo)，商業(yè)化、雷同化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重；同時(shí)，當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)古城鎮(zhèn)旅游的研究主要集中在定性分析和個(gè)案研究上，在定量分析方面存在短板。因此本文的選題具有一定的理論與實(shí)際意義。 本文在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外古城鎮(zhèn)旅游和旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)理論相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，以可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、旅游地生命周期理論和系統(tǒng)科學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo)，對(duì)古城鎮(zhèn)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論與實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了深入探討。論文采用理論研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法，分析探討了古城鎮(zhèn)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)要素及邊界劃分，將平遙古城旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)劃分為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展子系統(tǒng)、社會(huì)文化子系統(tǒng)、資源環(huán)境子系統(tǒng)三個(gè)子系統(tǒng)，構(gòu)建了平遙旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型，并結(jié)合平遙古城提出了旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的八種模式，即平遙古城旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)型旅游發(fā)展模式(以下簡(jiǎn)稱T模式)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展高效型旅游發(fā)展模式(以下簡(jiǎn)稱E模式)、資源環(huán)境保護(hù)型旅游發(fā)展模式(以下簡(jiǎn)稱RE模式)、社會(huì)文化兼顧型發(fā)展模式(以下簡(jiǎn)稱SC模式)、經(jīng)濟(jì)-資源環(huán)境優(yōu)先旅游發(fā)展模式(以下簡(jiǎn)稱E-RE模式)、經(jīng)濟(jì)-社會(huì)文化優(yōu)先旅游發(fā)展模式(以下簡(jiǎn)稱E-SC模式)、資源環(huán)境-社會(huì)文化優(yōu)先旅游發(fā)展模式(以下簡(jiǎn)稱R-S模式)、經(jīng)濟(jì)-資源-社會(huì)協(xié)調(diào)型旅游發(fā)展模式(以下簡(jiǎn)稱E-R-S模式)，通過(guò)比較分析發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)-資源-社會(huì)協(xié)調(diào)型旅游發(fā)展模式(以下簡(jiǎn)稱E-R-S模式)能實(shí)現(xiàn)平遙古城的全面最優(yōu)發(fā)展，并以WSR系統(tǒng)方法論為指導(dǎo)提出了旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:As a new form of tourism, ancient town tourism has become a new hot spot of tourism development in China. Its appearance, on the one hand, meets the needs of tourists' tourism, leisure, vacation and popular science culture, and enriches the structure of tourism products; on the other hand, it realizes the production of ancient towns from the original. The upgrading of life function to tourism service and comprehensive scientific research promotes the employment and income of residents in tourist reception area. However, at present, the tourism of ancient cities and towns in our country is in an increasing period of continuous development. In the process of development, there is a lack of systematic scientific guidance, commercialization, and the phenomenon of homogeneity is serious; at the same time, At present, the academic research on ancient town tourism mainly focuses on qualitative analysis and case study, and there are some shortcomings in quantitative analysis. Therefore, the topic of this paper has a certain theoretical and practical significance. Based on the related research results of ancient town tourism and tourism sustainable development theory at home and abroad, this paper is guided by sustainable development theory, tourism destination life cycle theory and system science theory. The theory and practice of tourism sustainable development in ancient towns are discussed. By combining theoretical and empirical research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the paper analyzes and discusses the system elements and boundary division of tourism sustainable development in ancient cities and towns. The tourism sustainable development system of Pingyao ancient city is divided into three subsystems: economic development subsystem, social culture subsystem and resource environment subsystem. The system dynamics model of Pingyao tourism sustainable development is constructed. Combined with Pingyao ancient city, eight models of tourism sustainable development are put forward. That is, Pingyao ancient city tourism sustainable development traditional tourism development model (hereinafter referred to as T model), economic development efficient tourism development model (hereinafter referred to as E mode), resources and environmental protection tourism development model (hereinafter referred to as "T") RE model, sociocultural balanced development model (hereinafter referred to as SC model), economic-resource-environment priority tourism development model (hereinafter referred to as E-RE model), economic-sociocultural priority tourism development model (hereinafter referred to as E-SC model) ), resource-environment-sociocultural priority tourism development model (R-S model), economic-resource-society coordinated tourism development model (hereinafter referred to as E-R-S model). Through comparative analysis, we find that economic-resource-society tourism development model. The coordinated tourism development model (hereinafter referred to as E-R-S model) can realize the overall optimal development of Pingyao ancient city. The countermeasures of tourism sustainable development are put forward under the guidance of WSR system methodology.
