【摘要】：我國(guó)旅游業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,旅游信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)勢(shì)在必行。嶗山風(fēng)景區(qū)作為國(guó)家級(jí)風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)和5A級(jí)旅游景區(qū)更應(yīng)該做好旅游信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的示范。嶗山風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)是典型的山岳型景區(qū),而且歷史悠久,文化底蘊(yùn)深厚,是著名的道教名山,旅游資源得天獨(dú)厚。根據(jù)嶗山的特點(diǎn),嶗山風(fēng)景區(qū)管理局設(shè)計(jì)了三種旅游線路產(chǎn)品。嶗山風(fēng)景區(qū)管理局設(shè)有九個(gè)職能部門和七個(gè)基層管理處。目前嶗山風(fēng)景區(qū)雖然建設(shè)了一些旅游信息系統(tǒng),但還存在著許多的不足。通過實(shí)地考察調(diào)研,認(rèn)真分析各業(yè)務(wù)部門的信息化需求,結(jié)合景區(qū)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,本文丌發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了一套涉及嶗山風(fēng)景區(qū)管理局全業(yè)務(wù)流程的旅游信息系統(tǒng)。 嶗山景區(qū)旅游信息系統(tǒng)總體邏輯架構(gòu)可以概括為：“一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)、兩個(gè)平臺(tái)、雙重體系保障、三個(gè)中心、多個(gè)應(yīng)用”；系統(tǒng)的總體技術(shù)架構(gòu)由綜合業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用,展示及應(yīng)用集成平臺(tái),基本應(yīng)用子系統(tǒng),基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,接入渠道,數(shù)據(jù)資源,丌發(fā)、部署、運(yùn)行監(jiān)控管理工具,全服務(wù)生命周期管理等內(nèi)容構(gòu)成。 整個(gè)信息系統(tǒng)是由以下子系統(tǒng)來支撐的：景管通、呼叫中心、綜合語音調(diào)度、無線數(shù)字集群、多媒體信息發(fā)布、視頻會(huì)議、客流統(tǒng)計(jì)、三維虛擬景區(qū)、旅游車輛管理。 信息系統(tǒng)整合所采集的數(shù)據(jù),集成所有應(yīng)用子系統(tǒng),根據(jù)嶗山風(fēng)景區(qū)的業(yè)務(wù)流程,在顯示集成平臺(tái)上表現(xiàn)為九個(gè)綜合應(yīng)用：指揮調(diào)度中心、資源保護(hù)管理、森林保護(hù)管理、旅游服務(wù)管理、線上營(yíng)銷系統(tǒng)、行政執(zhí)法管理、辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)、計(jì)劃財(cái)務(wù)管理、人力資源管理。 通過對(duì)嶗山風(fēng)景區(qū)旅游信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì),得出如下結(jié)論：景區(qū)的信息化建設(shè)能夠提高景區(qū)的綜合實(shí)力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。景區(qū)的旅游信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)緊密貼合景區(qū)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,緊貼景區(qū)的工作內(nèi)容、緊貼景區(qū)的業(yè)務(wù)流程,對(duì)景區(qū)的管理、服務(wù)和營(yíng)銷等提供信息化的解決方案。景區(qū)的旅游信息系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)綜合性的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)都有相關(guān)聯(lián)性,數(shù)據(jù)之間都有交換。景區(qū)的旅游信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)重點(diǎn)是設(shè)計(jì)多種信息數(shù)據(jù)收集的手段,景區(qū)的信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)必須以人為本,既要考慮到游客的需求,又要從管理者的自身實(shí)際出發(fā)。在流程和界面的設(shè)計(jì)上一定要充分考慮到使用者的自身素質(zhì)和計(jì)算機(jī)水平。景區(qū)的信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)首先要進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的規(guī)劃,規(guī)定好標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、體系、規(guī)范,規(guī)定統(tǒng)一的技術(shù)路線,把系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)成一個(gè)開放的、通用的、兼容性強(qiáng)的平臺(tái)。GIS系統(tǒng)在景區(qū)的旅游信息系統(tǒng)中的地位非常重要,有了GIS系統(tǒng)作為基礎(chǔ),景區(qū)的大部分管理對(duì)象、管理要素和景觀實(shí)物都可以實(shí)現(xiàn)虛擬可視化管理,顯得更為形象和直觀。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism in China, the construction of tourism information system is imperative. Laoshan Scenic area, as a national scenic spot and 5A grade scenic spot, should demonstrate the construction of tourism information system. Laoshan scenic spot is a typical mountain scenic spot with a long history and profound cultural heritage. Laoshan is a famous Taoist mountain with unique tourism resources. According to the characteristics of Laoshan Mountain, the Scenic area Administration of Laoshan has designed three kinds of tourist route products. Laoshan Scenic area Management Bureau has nine functional departments and seven grass-roots management offices. Although Laoshan Scenic spot has built some tourism information systems, there are still many shortcomings. Through the investigation and investigation on the spot, the information demand of each business department is analyzed seriously, and combined with the development strategy of the scenic spot, this paper designs a set of tourism information system involving the whole business process of Laoshan Scenic spot Administration Bureau. The overall logical framework of the tourism information system of Laoshan scenic spot can be summarized as follows: "one foundation, two platforms, dual system guarantee, three centers, multiple applications". Display and application integration platform, basic application subsystem, infrastructure, access channels, data resources, development, deployment, operation monitoring and management tools, full service life cycle management and so on. The whole information system is supported by the following subsystems: King Management, call Center, Integrated Voice scheduling, Wireless Digital Cluster, Multimedia Information release, Video Conference, passenger flow Statistics, 3D Virtual Scenic area, Tourism vehicle Management. According to the business process of Laoshan Scenic area, the information system integrates the collected data and all the application subsystems. According to the business process of Laoshan Scenic spot, the information system shows nine integrated applications on the display and integration platform: command and dispatch center, resource protection management, forest protection management, Tourism service management, online marketing system, administrative law enforcement management, office automation system, planning financial management, human resources management. Through the development and design of the tourism information system of Laoshan scenic spot, the following conclusions are drawn: the information construction of the scenic spot can improve the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of the scenic spot. The design of tourist information system of scenic area should closely match the development strategy of scenic spot, work content of scenic spot, business process of scenic spot, and provide information solution to management, service and marketing of scenic spot. Tourist information system of scenic area is a comprehensive application system, each subsystem has the correlation, the data all has the exchange. The construction of tourist information system in scenic area is focused on designing a variety of means of information data collection. The design and development of information system of scenic area must be people-oriented, which should not only consider the needs of tourists, but also start from the reality of the managers themselves. In the process and interface design must fully take into account the user's own quality and computer level. The design of the information system in the scenic area must first carry out a unified plan, lay down good standards, systems, norms, and a unified technical route, and design the system into an open, universal one. GIs system with strong compatibility is very important in tourism information system of scenic area. With GIS system as the foundation, most management objects, management elements and landscape objects of scenic spot can be realized virtual visual management. Appear more image and intuitionistic.
