【摘要】：位于山東北部的博興縣，地理環(huán)境優(yōu)越，氣候宜人，，四季分明，自然資源豐富，民風(fēng)淳樸，社會經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定，歷史文化底蘊深厚。具有極高的生態(tài)和文化價值，但目前旅游資源開發(fā)尚處于初級階段，旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)剛剛起步，本文針對濱州市博興縣的旅游管理現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析，給出其旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃，并給出了博興縣旅游管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建和實現(xiàn)方法，提出一系列促進其發(fā)展的管理方法和規(guī)劃，挖掘出博興縣特有的潛在旅游價值。 首先，本文通過對旅游資源調(diào)查分析通過數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計，資源評價，對比差異分析，對博興縣的旅游發(fā)展進行SWOT-P分析，全方位審視其旅游發(fā)展的利弊。然后給出了博興縣旅游市場的目標(biāo)定位。并給出了博興縣旅游信息管理的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀分析。指出了優(yōu)勢和不足，其中缺乏電子政務(wù)的完整旅游資源管理信息系統(tǒng)就是主要的不足之一。 然后，對博興縣旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展進行規(guī)劃，對博興縣的旅游發(fā)展進行了完整的規(guī)劃，包括旅游市場營銷規(guī)劃，基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)規(guī)劃，信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)規(guī)劃，旅游保障系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃，為博興縣的旅游業(yè)提出了一條切實可行的發(fā)展之路。 最后，對博興縣旅游業(yè)發(fā)展最重要的環(huán)節(jié)旅游管理信息系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建進行了介紹。包括系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計原則和要求，描述了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計、應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)技術(shù)架構(gòu)，對需求進行了功能設(shè)計和詳細設(shè)計，并在分析的基礎(chǔ)上給出系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的總體方案、功能設(shè)計以及數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計。此外，還對實現(xiàn)部分所需要功能的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行了說明，并簡明介紹了具體源碼在實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)功能中的應(yīng)用。最后給出了系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)方法。 總之，本文針對濱州市博興縣的旅游管理現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析，給出其旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃，并給出了博興縣旅游管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建和實現(xiàn)方法，提出一系列促進其發(fā)展的管理方法和規(guī)劃，挖掘出博興縣特有的潛在旅游價值。山東省博興縣的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)無論是自然環(huán)境，人文環(huán)境，政策與制度保障方面等，都有很大的發(fā)展空間，只要加以合理利用和管理，博興縣這塊璞玉，定會閃耀出奪目的光彩。
[Abstract]:Boxing County, located in the northern part of Shandong Province, has superior geographical environment, pleasant climate, distinct seasons, abundant natural resources, simple folk customs, stable social economy and profound historical and cultural background. It has very high ecological and cultural value, but the tourism resources development is still in the primary stage, and the tourism industry is just beginning. This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of tourism management in Boxing County, Binzhou City, and gives its tourism development plan. The construction and realization method of Boxing county tourism management system are given, a series of management methods and plans to promote its development are put forward, and the unique potential tourism value of Boxing county is excavated. First of all, through the investigation and analysis of tourism resources, through data statistics, resource evaluation, comparative analysis of differences, the tourism development of Boxing County is analyzed by SWOT-P, and the advantages and disadvantages of tourism development are comprehensively examined. Then it gives the target orientation of the tourism market in Boxing County. The application of tourism information management in Boxing County is analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages are pointed out, among which the lack of e-government integrated tourism resources management information system is one of the main shortcomings. Then, the development of tourism industry in Boxing County is planned, and the tourism development in Boxing County is planned, including tourism marketing planning, infrastructure construction planning, information system construction planning, tourism security system planning. Put forward a feasible development road for the tourism of Boxing county. Finally, the paper introduces the construction of tourism management information system, which is the most important link of tourism development in Boxing County. Including the design principles and requirements of the system, describes the overall design of the system, the application of the technical framework of the system, the requirements of the functional design and detailed design, and on the basis of the analysis of the overall design of the system. Function design and database design. In addition, the key technology of the function is explained, and the application of the specific source code in the realization of the system function is briefly introduced. Finally, the realization method of the system is given. In a word, the present situation of tourism management in Boxing County of Binzhou City is investigated and analyzed, and the plan of tourism development is given, and the construction and realization method of tourism management system in Boxing County are also given. This paper puts forward a series of management methods and plans to promote its development, and excavates the unique potential tourism value of Boxing County. The tourism industry in Boxing County of Shandong Province has great development space in terms of natural environment, humanistic environment, policy and system guarantee, and so on. As long as it is reasonably utilized and managed, the uncut jade of Boxing County will surely shine with dazzling brilliance.
