[Abstract]:On 29-30 March 2017, nearly 300 policymakers and scientists participated by the British Environment, The Food and Rural Affairs Department, the Department of for Environment, Food and Rural AffairsDefraa, and the Royal Society of Great Britain and Northern Ireland jointly organized a conference on "the Excellence of Scientific evidence in Policy making." the conference was designed to share the contributions of the scientific and political communities in this area. The current focus and gaps between the two sides, while enriching the relationship between academic researchers and policy-makers
