【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)業(yè)與旅游業(yè)有效融合的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。休閑農(nóng)業(yè)既可以增進(jìn)人們對的生活體驗(yàn),提升旅游品質(zhì),又能夠起到促進(jìn)農(nóng)村發(fā)展、增加農(nóng)民收益的作用,并且成為農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的新增長點(diǎn)。從二十世紀(jì)九十年代后期開始,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)在中國迅猛發(fā)展。福州市的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)自九十年代后期開始并在近年呈現(xiàn)出了良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,涌現(xiàn)了一批初具規(guī)模的觀光農(nóng)園、休閑農(nóng)場、市民農(nóng)業(yè)園、森林公園、民俗觀光村等休閑農(nóng)業(yè)模式。本文通過以福州市所屬的區(qū)縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)示范點(diǎn)為例子,通過分析得出我市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)在空間上的布局和分布特征,并且在此基礎(chǔ)上對福州市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀開展綜合的總結(jié)歸納,同時(shí)結(jié)合國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出適合福州市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)化策略研究。本文共計(jì)七個(gè)部分：第一部是緒論。主要是對整篇文章進(jìn)行一個(gè)引導(dǎo)和總括。包括研究的背景和研究的意義以及對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀的分析。第二部分是圍繞休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)理論展開深入的分析。通過分析休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展具體的學(xué)術(shù)背景和理論支撐,引起大家對休閑農(nóng)業(yè)重要性的認(rèn)識。第三部分圍繞福州市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀開展分析。通過介紹福州市概況、福州市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史與現(xiàn)狀、以及福州市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展條件的評價(jià)來展示福州市發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的必要性與可行性。第四部分則通過對空間布局的分析尋找存在的問題。第五部分通過分析對福州市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)功能區(qū)加以劃分,進(jìn)一步細(xì)化福州市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)空間布局中應(yīng)該注意的問題。第六部分主要是在之前的分析基礎(chǔ)上提出推進(jìn)福州市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)功能區(qū)建設(shè)的優(yōu)化策略。第七部分為結(jié)論,通過總結(jié)本文的研究內(nèi)容提出發(fā)展好福州市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)空間布局中所必須注意的問題和今后發(fā)展的方向。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture can not only enhance people's life experience, improve tourism quality, but also promote rural development and increase farmers' income. Since 1990s, leisure agriculture has been developing rapidly in China. The leisure agriculture in Fuzhou has been developing well since 90s and in recent years. A number of leisure agriculture models have emerged, such as sightseeing agricultural gardens, leisure farms, citizen agriculture parks, forest parks, folk tourism villages, and so on. This paper takes the example of the district and county leisure agriculture demonstration sites in Fuzhou as an example. By analyzing the spatial distribution and distribution characteristics of leisure agriculture in our city, and on the basis of this, the author summarizes and sums up the present situation of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou, and combines the advanced experience at home and abroad. This paper is composed of seven parts: the first part is the introduction. It is mainly to guide and summarize the whole article, including the background of the research and the significance of the research. The second part focuses on the basic theory of leisure agriculture. Through the analysis of the specific academic background and theoretical support of the development of leisure agriculture, The third part focuses on the analysis of the present situation of the development of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou. By introducing the general situation of Fuzhou, the history and present situation of the development of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou are introduced. And the evaluation of the development conditions of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of developing leisure agriculture in Fuzhou. Part 4th looks for the existing problems through the analysis of the spatial layout. Part 5th, through the analysis of the blessing. The functional areas of leisure agriculture in the city of Guangzhou should be divided, Further refinement of the problems that should be paid attention to in the spatial layout of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou. Part 6th is mainly based on the previous analysis to put forward the optimization strategy to promote the construction of functional areas of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou. Part 7th is the conclusion. By summing up the research contents of this paper, the paper puts forward the problems that must be paid attention to in the development of the spatial layout of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou and the direction of its development in the future.
