【摘要】：技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵所在,特別是當(dāng)前在兵團(tuán)中發(fā)展較為落后的創(chuàng)新型涉農(nóng)企業(yè),面對(duì)如此激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),這樣的企業(yè)要想站穩(wěn)腳跟,讓自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力得以增強(qiáng),在技術(shù)方面的創(chuàng)新就必須要不斷加強(qiáng)。當(dāng)前,國內(nèi)外在開展技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的探究方面,一般是以高新科技或者是中小企業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象,而其中很少會(huì)包括涉農(nóng)企業(yè)。二十五家兵團(tuán)創(chuàng)新型涉農(nóng)企業(yè)中有許多企業(yè)是兵團(tuán)中實(shí)力較強(qiáng)的,因此這些企業(yè)如果能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)技術(shù)方面的創(chuàng)新,必然能夠?yàn)橄嚓P(guān)的企業(yè)產(chǎn)生借鑒以及示范作用。因此,對(duì)兵團(tuán)創(chuàng)新型涉農(nóng)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)研究,這是極富意義的行為。首先對(duì)于這些企業(yè)的管理者來說,這樣的行為能夠讓其更好的了解企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)對(duì)于日后的發(fā)展方向也可以明確;此外,針對(duì)這些企業(yè)的發(fā)展要求,政府為其提供怎樣的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新環(huán)境才是最有幫助的,也可以通過這一研究有所明確。第一部分:這一部分首先是介紹了本文選題是出于怎樣的目的,課題的研究有什么樣的理論意義,和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,課題來源于什么,在什么背景下立論的,接下來對(duì)國內(nèi)外研究的關(guān)于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新評(píng)價(jià)等文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,在綜述過程中,跟本文的課題相比較,找出與本課題的相同點(diǎn)和不同點(diǎn)。第二部分:這一部分是介紹本課題研究用到的相關(guān)理論,比如技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的相關(guān)理論,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)理論等等,本論文用到的相關(guān)概念,比如兵團(tuán)創(chuàng)新型涉農(nóng)企業(yè)、企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的概念等。這些概念的界定和理論的介紹,是為了課題研究做鋪墊的。第三部分:這一部分介紹了兵團(tuán)創(chuàng)新型涉農(nóng)企業(yè)目前在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面存在的現(xiàn)狀。本部分主要是用數(shù)據(jù)整理,客觀地分析兵團(tuán)創(chuàng)新型涉農(nóng)企業(yè)在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出、研發(fā)能力以及創(chuàng)新環(huán)境方面存在的現(xiàn)狀,從現(xiàn)狀中找出存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,為正確評(píng)價(jià)兵團(tuán)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力水平作鋪墊。第四部分:這一部分是用來介紹本論文用到的評(píng)價(jià)方式方法體系的。本部分最重要的就是設(shè)計(jì)出了評(píng)價(jià)創(chuàng)新型涉農(nóng)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力指標(biāo)體系,并根據(jù)指標(biāo)體系的特點(diǎn)確立了本課題研究要使用的評(píng)價(jià)方法。然后正式開始對(duì)兵團(tuán)創(chuàng)新型涉農(nóng)企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。首先本文根據(jù)第三部分設(shè)計(jì)的指標(biāo)體系中的指標(biāo)變量,整理了兵團(tuán)創(chuàng)新型涉農(nóng)企業(yè)近幾年相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),然后進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,得到評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,這部分最后總結(jié)了評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。第五部分:本部分是本課題的結(jié)果部分。在這一部分,本文針對(duì)第四部分的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,結(jié)合兵團(tuán)的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)兵團(tuán)創(chuàng)新型涉農(nóng)企業(yè)提出了一些關(guān)于提升其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力有幫助的對(duì)策和措施,對(duì)兵團(tuán)提出了一些關(guān)于如何提升創(chuàng)新型涉農(nóng)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的政策建議。第六部分:這一部分是本課題的結(jié)論和展望。本部分是對(duì)本課題的一個(gè)總結(jié),總結(jié)出這個(gè)課題研究得出了哪些結(jié)論,有哪些地方是本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),本文在研究中有哪些地方做的不到位,哪些問題還需要進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行討論。
[Abstract]:Technology innovation is the key to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, especially the development of innovative enterprises is relatively backward in the regiment, facing the intense market competition, the enterprise wants to stand firm, to make their own competitiveness can be enhanced, in terms of technology innovation must be strengthened. At present, at home and abroad to carry out the technological innovation ability of inquiry, usually with high technology or small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, which rarely includes agribusiness. Twenty-five corps of innovative agricultural enterprises in many enterprises is the strength of the regiment, so these enterprises can be achieved if the innovation of technology, will be able to produce reference and demonstration the role of relevant enterprises. Therefore, study on the evaluation of the technological innovation ability of innovative Corps agricultural enterprises, it is very meaningful to the first act.
