【摘要】：[目的]梳理貴州省農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與生態(tài)效益的關(guān)系,分析二者互為矛盾的原因,找到協(xié)調(diào)貴州省農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與生態(tài)效益的出路。[方法]文章運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)總結(jié)法、對(duì)比分析方法,通過(guò)分析貴州省生態(tài)效益發(fā)展進(jìn)程,找出經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與生態(tài)效益的發(fā)展矛盾及其產(chǎn)生原因。[結(jié)果]重視暫時(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益而忽視生態(tài)效益,導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村環(huán)境污染日趨嚴(yán)重;生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱導(dǎo)致自然生態(tài)日益惡化;長(zhǎng)期不合理的資源開(kāi)發(fā)導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村資源損耗形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻。[結(jié)論]貴州省農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與生態(tài)效益矛盾突出,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)貴州省頂層設(shè)計(jì),重視制度建設(shè);積極轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,提高貴州省農(nóng)村資源利用率;樹(shù)立正確的農(nóng)村生態(tài)保護(hù)理念,為實(shí)現(xiàn)貴州省農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與生態(tài)效益雙贏打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the relationship between rural economic benefit and ecological benefit in Guizhou province, analyze the causes of the contradiction between them, and find a way out to coordinate the rural economic and ecological benefits in Guizhou Province. [methods] the article applies the method of literature summary. By analyzing the development process of ecological benefit in Guizhou Province, the author finds out the contradiction between economic benefit and ecological benefit and its causes. [results] attach importance to temporary economic benefit while neglecting ecological benefit. As a result, the rural environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, the ecological environment is fragile, the natural ecology is getting worse, and the long-term unreasonable exploitation of resources leads to the serious situation of rural resource depletion. [conclusion] the contradiction between rural economic and ecological benefits in Guizhou Province is prominent. We should strengthen the top-level design of Guizhou Province, attach importance to the system construction, actively change the mode of economic development, improve the utilization rate of rural resources in Guizhou Province, and set up a correct concept of rural ecological protection. It will lay a solid foundation for realizing both economic and ecological benefits in rural areas of Guizhou Province.
