富民縣芭蕉箐苗族村的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)與權(quán)力運(yùn)用研究

【摘要】:資源作為人類社會存在和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),它以各式各樣的形態(tài)存于人們的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中。故而對經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中權(quán)力的理解,更應(yīng)該把它放置于一個具體的共同體中,從民族文化、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣、社會結(jié)構(gòu)等構(gòu)成的社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,對其進(jìn)行本質(zhì)性的分析與探討。而經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中人際關(guān)系與利益的變化,與共同體內(nèi)部宗教信仰、家族與歷史等因素緊密聯(lián)系。 本文在對芭蕉箐村深入調(diào)查與分析的基礎(chǔ)上,試圖以村寨經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中內(nèi)部權(quán)力關(guān)系研究為切入點(diǎn),探討村寨內(nèi)部權(quán)力在不同主體之間的分配,進(jìn)而對村寨的權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)與權(quán)力運(yùn)用進(jìn)行分析。同時,對芭蕉箐村經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)做了客觀梳理,從人際關(guān)系與利益協(xié)調(diào)互動的角度出發(fā),探索村寨經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中,權(quán)力網(wǎng)絡(luò)、人際關(guān)系與利益協(xié)調(diào)的內(nèi)在邏輯關(guān)系,分析權(quán)力網(wǎng)絡(luò)對人際關(guān)系、利益協(xié)調(diào)起到的作用。筆者認(rèn)為,自中華人民共和國成立以來,芭蕉箐苗族村的矛盾與沖突,是在國家政策不斷調(diào)整的背景下,民族內(nèi)部人際關(guān)系的演化與利益的多元化,引起村內(nèi)權(quán)力占有主體的輪換,從而造成經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中權(quán)力網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化。隨著國家改革開放,市場經(jīng)濟(jì)機(jī)制的轉(zhuǎn)變,國家對資源的直接控制逐漸弱化,轉(zhuǎn)而利用本土化的文化習(xí)俗等力量,間接的影響經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中的權(quán)力網(wǎng)絡(luò)。所以,在芭蕉箐村的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中,權(quán)力網(wǎng)絡(luò)與權(quán)力運(yùn)用受到人際關(guān)系、利益網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響。故而當(dāng)國家對基層推行自上而下的制度改革時,更應(yīng)傾向于注重基層共同體內(nèi)部權(quán)力的變化。
[Abstract]:Resources, as the basis of the existence and development of human society, exist in various forms in people's economic life. Therefore, the understanding of power in economic life should be placed in a concrete community, from the national culture, In the network of social relations, such as custom, social structure and so on, the essential analysis and discussion are made on it, while the change of interpersonal relationship and interest in economic life is closely related to the religious belief in the community, the family and history and so on. Based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of Bajiangqing Village, this paper attempts to explore the distribution of power among different subjects in the village, taking the study of the internal power relationship in the economic life of the village as the starting point. At the same time, it makes an objective combing of the power structure in the economic life of Bajiaoqing village, and explores the power network in the economic life of the village from the angle of interpersonal relationship and interest coordination and interaction. The inherent logical relationship between interpersonal relationship and interest coordination, the analysis of the role of power network in interpersonal relations and interest coordination. The author believes that since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the contradictions and conflicts in Bajiaoqing Miao Village, It is against the background of constant adjustment of state policy that the evolution of interpersonal relations and the diversification of interests within the nation lead to the rotation of the main body of power possession in the village, thus resulting in the change of the network structure of power in economic life. With the reform and opening up of the country, With the transformation of the market economy mechanism, the state's direct control over resources has gradually weakened, and the power network in economic life has been indirectly affected by the use of such forces as local cultural customs and other forces. Therefore, in the economic life of Bajiangqing Village, Power network and power application are influenced by interpersonal and interest networks. Therefore, when the country carries out the top-down system reform, it should pay more attention to the change of power in the grass-roots community.
