基于Flexsim的糧食企業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)仿真與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:糧食是關(guān)系民生的大問(wèn)題,糧食倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)在糧食流通體系中占據(jù)著非常重要的地位。國(guó)內(nèi)大背景下,國(guó)家近兩年新建糧倉(cāng)倉(cāng)容1億噸,預(yù)計(jì)到2020年全國(guó)需要再新建倉(cāng)容1億噸。而現(xiàn)有糧食企業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)存在運(yùn)作效率低,庫(kù)內(nèi)資源配置不合理,設(shè)備利用率低和倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)成本高等問(wèn)題。因此,降低倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)費(fèi)用,加快周轉(zhuǎn)率,提高運(yùn)作效率已成為了亟待解決的問(wèn)題;趪(guó)內(nèi)大背景和整個(gè)糧食行業(yè)面臨的問(wèn)題,本文將研究對(duì)象定位于糧食企業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng),主要對(duì)其出入庫(kù)作業(yè)進(jìn)行研究。由于物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)具有不確定性和復(fù)雜性,本文采用Flexsim仿真軟件對(duì)糧食企業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行建模、仿真、分析和優(yōu)化,以達(dá)到提高糧食企業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行效率的目的。本文首先對(duì)糧食企業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了綜合性分析,建立起系統(tǒng)的出入庫(kù)作業(yè)流程,重點(diǎn)分析了三種主要類型糧倉(cāng)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)工藝,并確立了整個(gè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。其次,詳細(xì)概括了離散事件系統(tǒng)仿真及Flexsim軟件的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)。然后,以系統(tǒng)概念模型為基礎(chǔ)建立了以效率最大化為目標(biāo)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,與概念模型相比較,數(shù)學(xué)模型更能對(duì)糧食企業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行量化說(shuō)明。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用Flexsim軟件建立糧食企業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的出入庫(kù)仿真模型。確定系統(tǒng)具體的仿真目標(biāo),對(duì)模型進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)暮?jiǎn)化與假設(shè),設(shè)定模型中實(shí)體的參數(shù)并運(yùn)行仿真模型。通過(guò)詳細(xì)分析仿真輸出結(jié)果,找到系統(tǒng)瓶頸并對(duì)存在問(wèn)題予以優(yōu)化。最后,將糧食企業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)出入庫(kù)仿真模型及其優(yōu)化方法應(yīng)用到成都市某糧食企業(yè),進(jìn)行案例分析。根據(jù)企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)仿真模型設(shè)定新的參數(shù)并運(yùn)行,分析模型找到其存在問(wèn)題。根據(jù)優(yōu)化方法,對(duì)模型提出具體的優(yōu)化方案并驗(yàn)證方案的合理性。結(jié)果表明優(yōu)化后的出入庫(kù)仿真模型可以消除系統(tǒng)瓶頸,提高系統(tǒng)作業(yè)效率。本文的研究契合了糧食企業(yè)實(shí)際發(fā)展的需求,為我國(guó)糧食企業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)成本的降低、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)效率的提高提供了一定的參考價(jià)值,同時(shí)也能對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)即將進(jìn)行的糧倉(cāng)倉(cāng)容建設(shè)大潮起到推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:Grain is a major issue related to people's livelihood, and grain storage occupies a very important position in the grain circulation system. In the domestic context, the new granary built by the state in the past two years has a capacity of 100 million tons. It is estimated that by 2020, the whole country will need to build another 100 million tons of storage capacity. However, the existing storage systems of grain enterprises have problems such as low operational efficiency, unreasonable allocation of resources in warehouses, low utilization of equipment and high storage costs. Therefore, reduce storage costs. To speed up the turnover rate and improve the operational efficiency has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the domestic background and the problems faced by the whole grain industry, this paper focuses on the storage system of grain enterprises. Due to the uncertainty and complexity of the logistics warehousing system, this paper uses Flexsim software to model, simulate, analyze and optimize the storage system of grain enterprises. In order to improve the operational efficiency of grain enterprise storage system, this paper firstly analyzes the grain enterprise storage system, establishes the operation flow of the system, and analyzes the storage technology of three main types of grain warehouse. The evaluation index system of the whole storage system is established. Secondly, the theoretical knowledge of discrete event system simulation and Flexsim software is summarized in detail. Then, based on the system conceptual model, a mathematical model aiming at maximizing efficiency is established. Compared with the conceptual model, the mathematical model can quantify the storage system of grain enterprises. On this basis, the Flexsim software is used to establish the simulation model of the storage system of grain enterprises, and the specific simulation objectives of the system are determined. The model is simplified and hypothesized properly, the parameters of the entity in the model are set and the simulation model is run. By analyzing the simulation output in detail, the bottleneck of the system is found and the existing problems are optimized. The simulation model and its optimization method of grain storage system are applied to a grain enterprise in Chengdu, and the case is analyzed. According to the actual situation of the enterprise, the new parameters of the simulation model are set up and run. According to the optimization method, the concrete optimization scheme is put forward and the rationality of the scheme is verified. The results show that the optimized model can eliminate the bottleneck of the system. The research in this paper accords with the actual development needs of grain enterprises, and provides a certain reference value for the reduction of storage cost and the improvement of storage efficiency of grain enterprises in China. At the same time, it can also promote the construction of granary capacity in China.
