【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷進(jìn)步與人民生活逐漸提高的背景下,我們意識(shí)到身體素質(zhì)是提高綜合國(guó)力的重要反映。在吸取了傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療的失敗經(jīng)驗(yàn)后,2002年我國(guó)政府開始籌備新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療計(jì)劃,自2003年實(shí)施以來極大的提高了農(nóng)村居民的身體素質(zhì),減輕了其經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),讓社會(huì)各界產(chǎn)生了極大的興趣。事實(shí)證明,新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療的興起與發(fā)展,對(duì)于我國(guó)農(nóng)村居民身體健康水平的提高具有重要意義。在新農(nóng)合持續(xù)發(fā)展的過程中,人們不斷的研究改進(jìn),但由于地域、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境的不同,依然沒有達(dá)到一個(gè)完美的狀態(tài)。在大量研究的基礎(chǔ)下,可以發(fā)現(xiàn),在一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域內(nèi),如何提高新農(nóng)合的水平,將醫(yī)療制度的績(jī)效發(fā)揮到最大,在未來幾年、幾十年中都能不斷的提高居民的身體健康素質(zhì),是目前醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)中最重要的一個(gè)問題。因此,本文就河南省農(nóng)村地區(qū)的實(shí)際情況,綜合人口分布、地區(qū)環(huán)境差異、工薪差異等問題,調(diào)查目前河南省新農(nóng)合的實(shí)施情況,分析在發(fā)展中存在的問題及原因,并針對(duì)分析結(jié)果提出了相應(yīng)的解決措施。本文分為四個(gè)部分,第一部分簡(jiǎn)單闡述了論文的研究背景與意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述,研究思路、方法和主要內(nèi)容,以及論文相關(guān)的概念與理論。第二部分闡述了河南省新農(nóng)合的產(chǎn)生、運(yùn)行情況與目前取得的主要成效及存在的問題。第三部分重點(diǎn)闡述了影響新農(nóng)合可持續(xù)發(fā)展的種種因素與其原因,調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)并運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)方法進(jìn)行多元線性回歸分析,探究各種因素對(duì)新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療的影響大小。第四部分針對(duì)第三部分得出的具體數(shù)據(jù)論述了如何完善河南省新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療的發(fā)展,對(duì)顯著的影響因素進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)闡述,提出了具體的建議措施,以改進(jìn)目前河南省新農(nóng)合中存在的問題。第五部分為結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Against the background of continuous economic progress and the gradual improvement of people's living standards, We realize that physical fitness is an important reflection of improving the overall national strength. After absorbing the failure experience of traditional rural cooperative medical care, in 2002 our government began to prepare a new rural cooperative medical care plan. Since its implementation in 2003, it has greatly improved the physical quality of rural residents, lightened their economic burden, and aroused great interest from all walks of life. Facts have proved that the rise and development of the new rural cooperative medical system, It is of great significance to improve the health level of rural residents in our country. In the process of sustainable development of NCMS, people are constantly studying and improving, but due to the difference of region, economy and environment, On the basis of a lot of research, we can find out how to improve the level of NCMS in an economic region and maximize the performance of the medical system in the next few years. It is one of the most important problems in the current medical system to continuously improve the health quality of the residents for decades. Therefore, this paper is concerned with the actual situation in the rural areas of Henan Province, comprehensive population distribution, regional environmental differences, This paper investigates the implementation of NCMS in Henan Province, analyzes the existing problems and causes in the development, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the results of the analysis. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part briefly describes the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign research overview, research ideas, methods and main content, as well as the related concepts and theories. The third part focuses on the factors that affect the sustainable development of NCMS and its causes, the survey data and the multivariate linear regression analysis with mathematical methods. The fourth part discusses how to perfect the development of the new rural cooperative medical system in Henan province, and focuses on the significant influencing factors, according to the specific data obtained in the third part, the author explores how to improve the development of the new rural cooperative medical system in Henan Province. In order to improve the problems existing in the new agricultural cooperation in Henan Province, the fifth part is the conclusion.
