【摘要】：正"小康不小康,關(guān)鍵看老鄉(xiāng)。"從2013年11月習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在湖南湘西考察時(shí)首次提出"精準(zhǔn)扶貧",到2015年1月在云南昭通市考察時(shí)提出"深入實(shí)施精準(zhǔn)扶貧、精準(zhǔn)脫貧",再到2015年6月在貴州考察時(shí)明確提出"六個(gè)精準(zhǔn)"的要求,精準(zhǔn)扶貧作為新時(shí)期的扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略思想,為打贏脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)注入了強(qiáng)大的思想動(dòng)力,極大拓展了中國(guó)特色扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)道路。
[Abstract]:Since General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed "precision poverty alleviation" during his inspection of western Hunan in November 2013, and in January 2015 in Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, he put forward the "in-depth implementation of precision poverty alleviation." In June 2015, during an inspection tour in Guizhou, the requirement of "six precision" was clearly put forward. Precision poverty alleviation, as a strategic thought of poverty alleviation and development in the new period, has injected a powerful ideological impetus for winning the battle against poverty and difficulty. It has greatly expanded the road of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics.
