【摘要】：各級黨委政府紛紛采取措施,著力加快扶貧攻堅,扎實推進精準(zhǔn)扶貧。銀行金融機構(gòu)以此為契機,在信貸支持、對口幫扶等方面進行了有益探索,較好地發(fā)揮了"輸血者"和"造血者"作用,但同時也面臨著配套政策不健全、產(chǎn)品覆蓋面不廣等問題。論文基于對山東省泰安市社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和扶貧開發(fā)工作情況,以及農(nóng)業(yè)銀行推進金融扶貧的相關(guān)實踐,對金融精準(zhǔn)扶貧問題進行了深入研究和探討。
[Abstract]:Party committees and governments at all levels have taken measures one after another to speed up efforts to tackle major poverty relief problems and firmly promote precision poverty alleviation. Banks and financial institutions have taken this opportunity to make beneficial explorations in the areas of credit support and counterpart assistance. It plays the role of "transfusion person" and "hematopoietic person", but it also faces some problems such as imperfect supporting policy and limited product coverage, etc. Based on the situation of social and economic development and poverty alleviation development in Taian City of Shandong Province, As well as the agricultural bank to promote the financial poverty alleviation practice, the financial precision poverty reduction problem has carried on the thorough research and the discussion.
