【摘要】:以往學(xué)界和政策主要關(guān)注農(nóng)民工的返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè),忽視了留在城市創(chuàng)業(yè)也是農(nóng)民工的現(xiàn)實(shí)選擇。探究城市創(chuàng)業(yè)農(nóng)民工社會(huì)互動(dòng)、雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的影響效應(yīng),實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn):社會(huì)互動(dòng)可以促進(jìn)城市創(chuàng)業(yè)農(nóng)民工的雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效(包括生存績(jī)效和成長(zhǎng)績(jī)效),但是社會(huì)互動(dòng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模和互動(dòng)頻率起到了不同的作用;利用式和探索式雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)生存績(jī)效和成長(zhǎng)績(jī)效的影響也存在差異。城市創(chuàng)業(yè)農(nóng)民工應(yīng)加強(qiáng)社會(huì)互動(dòng),提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模和互動(dòng)頻率,并根據(jù)所處具體情境選擇合適的學(xué)習(xí)方式,以提高創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)有效性。
[Abstract]:In the past, scholars and policies mainly focused on the return of migrant workers to start their own businesses, neglecting to stay in the city to start a business is also a realistic choice for migrant workers. Explore the social interaction of urban entrepreneurial migrant workers, the impact of dual entrepreneurial learning, The empirical analysis shows that social interaction can promote the dual entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance of urban entrepreneurial migrant workers (including survival performance and growth performance), but the network scale and interaction frequency of social interaction play different roles; There are also differences in the effects of dual entrepreneurial learning on survival performance and growth performance. In order to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurial learning, urban migrant workers should strengthen social interaction, increase the scale and frequency of interaction, and choose appropriate learning methods according to the specific situation.
