【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流已經(jīng)深度嵌入到區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的生產(chǎn)、流通等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),并且環(huán)境對(duì)二者的影響也越來(lái)越大。三者已經(jīng)進(jìn)入相互促進(jìn)、相互制約的動(dòng)態(tài)耦合階段。本文在這種背景之下,選擇了區(qū)域物流-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的耦合發(fā)展作為研究對(duì)象,引入?yún)^(qū)域環(huán)境子系統(tǒng),創(chuàng)造性的將三者看作一個(gè)復(fù)合大系統(tǒng),從系統(tǒng)的角度來(lái)深入剖析其內(nèi)部要素組成結(jié)構(gòu)及關(guān)聯(lián)影響。本文明確了區(qū)域物流-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的定義、框架結(jié)構(gòu)、研究邊界和系統(tǒng)性特征,分析了協(xié)同學(xué)理論在區(qū)域物流-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。以系統(tǒng)耦合理論分析了系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的三螺旋耦合過(guò)程和子系統(tǒng)間雙螺旋耦合方式以及耦合要素、耦合節(jié)點(diǎn)。闡明了區(qū)域物流-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)耦合發(fā)展的涵義,以實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域物流、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境之間的和諧發(fā)展為耦合發(fā)展目標(biāo)。以耗散結(jié)構(gòu)理論揭示了區(qū)域物流-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)演化的四個(gè)階段以及系統(tǒng)耦合發(fā)展的內(nèi)外在條件和實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。通過(guò)運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法、借助Vens im軟件,建立了區(qū)域物流-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的SD模型。分析了各子系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)及因果反饋關(guān)系,畫出了子系統(tǒng)流圖,并給出了主要方程式和輸入條件。利用東北地區(qū)歷史數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),確認(rèn)了模型的有效性,并對(duì)三種耦合發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行了仿真,給出了三種模式選擇的條件。根據(jù)實(shí)證仿真的結(jié)果,認(rèn)為區(qū)域物流優(yōu)先發(fā)展模式應(yīng)為目前東北地區(qū)的物流發(fā)展模式。依據(jù)協(xié)同學(xué)理論,在分析了各子系統(tǒng)序參量特征的基礎(chǔ)上,科學(xué)合理的建立了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。借鑒物理學(xué)容量耦合模型,改進(jìn)了耦合度計(jì)算公式,使其值域在[0,1]之間,以便于評(píng)價(jià)。綜合考慮系統(tǒng)耦合度和發(fā)展水平,建立了耦合發(fā)展度評(píng)價(jià)模型。將耦合發(fā)展度劃分為四個(gè)階段,用以衡量系統(tǒng)耦合發(fā)展的程度。選擇了BP網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的非線性自回歸模型作為耦合發(fā)展度預(yù)測(cè)模型,并利用東北地區(qū)數(shù)據(jù)在Matlab上進(jìn)行了編程和實(shí)現(xiàn),計(jì)算和預(yù)測(cè)了2003-2020年系統(tǒng)的耦合發(fā)展度,同時(shí)得到區(qū)域物流發(fā)展的時(shí)滯效應(yīng)為2年。構(gòu)建了區(qū)域物流-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)耦合發(fā)展的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,采用非線性規(guī)劃方法建立了調(diào)控模型的目標(biāo)函數(shù)和約束條件,并對(duì)東北地區(qū)2018年的耦合發(fā)展度進(jìn)行了調(diào)控,求解了子系統(tǒng)有序度和具體指標(biāo)的調(diào)控目標(biāo)值域。最后,根據(jù)東北區(qū)域物流-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的案例分析結(jié)果,提出了東北區(qū)域物流-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)耦合發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。區(qū)域物流-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的耦合發(fā)展是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,本文的研究既對(duì)政府制定區(qū)域物流、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及環(huán)境發(fā)展政策具有理論指導(dǎo)作用,還可以為區(qū)域物流規(guī)劃和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的實(shí)踐提供有力支持。因此本文的研究成果對(duì)促進(jìn)區(qū)域物流-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的耦合發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics has been deeply embedded in all aspects of regional economy, such as production, circulation and so on, and the impact of environment on the two has become more and more great. The three have entered the dynamic coupling stage of mutual promotion and mutual restriction. This paper chooses the coupling development of regional logistics, economy and environment system as the research object, introduces the regional environment subsystem, and creatively regards the three as a composite large system. In this paper, the definition, frame structure, boundary and systematic characteristics of regional logistics, economy and environment system are defined. The application of Synergetics theory in regional logistics, economy and environment system is analyzed. The three helix coupling process, the double helix coupling mode and the coupling elements among subsystems are analyzed based on the system coupling theory. The concept of coupling development of regional logistics, economy and environment system is expounded in order to realize regional logistics and economy. Based on the dissipative structure theory, this paper reveals the four stages of the evolution of regional logistics, economy and environment system, as well as the internal and external conditions and the realization process of the system coupling development. System dynamics method, With the help of Vens im software, the SD model of regional logistics, economy and environment system is established. The system structure and causal feedback relation of each subsystem are analyzed, and the flow diagram of the subsystem is drawn. The main equations and input conditions are given. The model is tested by historical data in Northeast China, the validity of the model is confirmed, and the three coupling development models are simulated. According to the results of empirical simulation, the priority development model of regional logistics should be the logistics development model of Northeast China. Based on the synergetic theory, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the order parameters of each subsystem. The evaluation index system is established scientifically and reasonably. By using the coupling model of physics capacity, the calculation formula of coupling degree is improved to make the value range between [0] and (1), so as to facilitate the evaluation. The coupling degree and development level of the system are considered synthetically. The coupling development degree is divided into four stages to measure the degree of coupling development. The nonlinear autoregressive model in BP network is chosen as the coupling development prediction model. Using the data of Northeast China to program and implement on Matlab, the coupling development degree of the system in 2003-2020 is calculated and forecasted. At the same time, the delay effect of regional logistics development is 2 years. The operational mechanism of the coupling development of regional logistics, economy and environment system is constructed, and the objective function and constraint conditions of the control model are established by using nonlinear programming method. The coupling development of Northeast China in 2018 is regulated, and the order degree of subsystems and the target range of specific indexes are solved. Finally, according to the results of the case study of the northeast regional logistics, economy and environment system, The countermeasures and suggestions of coupling development of regional logistics, economy and environment system in Northeast China are put forward. The coupling development of regional logistics economy environment system is a complicated system engineering. Economic and environmental development policies serve as a theoretical guide. It can also provide strong support for the practice of regional logistics planning and regional economic construction, so the research results of this paper have important practical significance to promote the coupling development of regional logistics, economy and environment system.
