【摘要】：改革開放以來，中國戰(zhàn)略為“用市場換技術”，吸引外資、引進技術通過擴大世界貿(mào)易和不斷開放國內(nèi)市場。發(fā)達國家和跨國公司的技術控制導致我國民族企業(yè)很難獲得重要產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心技術，這種以引進為主的產(chǎn)業(yè)技術發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對我國企業(yè)自主技術開發(fā)能力出現(xiàn)了擠出效應，使我國產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相關技術供給的對外依存度很高。國內(nèi)自主核心技術儲備不足和自主創(chuàng)新能力差的矛盾逐漸顯現(xiàn)，我國已經(jīng)難以繼續(xù)依靠引進外來技術來支撐新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，這都是隨著我國產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模的不斷擴大和對產(chǎn)業(yè)核心技術需求的不斷提高引起的。產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟活動的附加價值低；粗放增長問題嚴重；產(chǎn)業(yè)分工在國際分工中處于不利地位；第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展長期滯后，是由于上述情況引發(fā)的我國產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的主要問題。所以，我國要提高自主創(chuàng)新能力，推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。本文以馬克思社會資本再生產(chǎn)理論探究我國的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化為研究對象，，重點分五部分來敘述。一是馬克思簡單再生產(chǎn)理論及馬克思的擴大再生產(chǎn)理論；第二部分是中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的演變與現(xiàn)狀，包括產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的概念界定和基本理論、中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的演變歷程、中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進的結(jié)構(gòu)關系及中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化中存在的主要問題。第三部分是馬克思社會資本再生產(chǎn)理論與中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的關聯(lián)性。第四部分重點闡述我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化實證研究。最后說明馬克思社會資本再生產(chǎn)理論對中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的啟示。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's strategy is to "trade the market for technology" to attract foreign capital. The introduction of technology through expanding world trade and opening up the domestic market. The technology control of developed countries and multinational corporations makes it difficult for our national enterprises to obtain the core technology of important industries. This kind of industrial technology development strategy, which is based on the introduction of industrial technology, has a crowding-out effect on the independent technological development ability of Chinese enterprises. As a result, the external dependence of technology supply on industrial development in China is very high, and the contradiction between the shortage of domestic independent core technology reserve and the poor ability of independent innovation gradually appears. China has been unable to continue to rely on the introduction of foreign technology to support the development of emerging industries. This is caused by the constant expansion of industrial scale and the increasing demand for industrial core technology in our country. The added value of industrial economic activities is low; Extensive growth is a serious problem; The industrial division of labor is in a disadvantageous position in the international division of labor; The development of the tertiary industry lags behind for a long time, which is the main problem in the industrial development of our country caused by the above situation. Therefore, our country should improve the ability of independent innovation. To promote the optimization of industrial structure. This paper takes Marx's theory of social capital reproduction to explore the optimization of industrial structure in China. First, Marx's theory of simple reproduction and Marx's theory of expanded reproduction; The second part is the evolution and present situation of industrial structure optimization in China, including the definition and basic theory of industrial structure optimization, and the evolution course of industrial structure optimization in China. The third part is the relationship between Marx's theory of social capital reproduction and the optimization of china's industrial structure. Part 4th focuses on the relationship between the theory of social capital reproduction and the optimization of china's industrial structure. An empirical study on industrial structure optimization in China. Finally, the enlightenment of Marx's social capital reproduction theory on industrial structure optimization in China is illustrated.
