【摘要】：全球化背景下,對(duì)外開(kāi)放與收入分配差距問(wèn)題一直是人們關(guān)心的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。近年來(lái)隨著我國(guó)大陸對(duì)外開(kāi)放的加快伴隨而來(lái)的是嚴(yán)重的收入分配不平等問(wèn)題。然而,臺(tái)灣地區(qū)由于特殊的歷史、政治遺留問(wèn)題,使其在經(jīng)濟(jì)上成為一個(gè)獨(dú)立的經(jīng)濟(jì)體。臺(tái)灣經(jīng)濟(jì)在1953年到1980年近30年里實(shí)現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng)的同時(shí)貧富差距也在縮小,被稱為“臺(tái)灣奇跡”。然而從1980年以后,臺(tái)灣經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)放緩,收入差距也在不斷擴(kuò)大,“奇跡”不再。這也成為許多學(xué)者研究的課題。本文從理論和實(shí)證、定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法,綜合研究臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的對(duì)外開(kāi)放和收入分配問(wèn)題。 首先本文從理論出發(fā),闡述了開(kāi)放經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下國(guó)際貿(mào)易和外商直接投資(FDI)對(duì)居民收入分配的影響途徑和機(jī)制。 其次,在闡述了臺(tái)灣地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展走上正軌后的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、對(duì)外開(kāi)放和收入分配歷程以后,通過(guò)對(duì)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)基尼系數(shù)的分解,找出臺(tái)灣地區(qū)收入差距擴(kuò)大的主要來(lái)源。然后,針對(duì)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)收入差距主要來(lái)自于勞動(dòng)力的薪資收入,進(jìn)一步通過(guò)對(duì)勞動(dòng)力的不同經(jīng)濟(jì)特性的群體分割,以考察高、低技能勞動(dòng)者收入分配差距。 接著,利用臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。通過(guò)建立回歸的計(jì)量模型,考察國(guó)際貿(mào)易、外商直接投資以及教育、勞動(dòng)力結(jié)構(gòu)的改變等因素對(duì)臺(tái)灣居民收入差距惡化的影響。 最后,在總結(jié)前文主要結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的實(shí)際情況,提出臺(tái)灣地區(qū)縮小收入差距的幾點(diǎn)啟示。
[Abstract]:In the context of globalization. The gap between opening up to the outside world and income distribution gap has always been the focus of attention. In recent years, with the acceleration of China's opening to the outside world, there has been a serious inequality of income distribution. Due to its special history, the Taiwan region has been left with political problems. Taiwan's economy grew rapidly over the past 30 years from 1953 to 1980 and the gap between the rich and the poor narrowed. Known as the "Taiwan miracle," since 1980, however, Taiwan's economic growth has slowed and the income gap has been widening. "Miracle" is no longer available. This has become the subject of many scholars' research. This paper comprehensively studies the opening up and income distribution of Taiwan from the perspective of theory and demonstration, qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on the theory, this paper expounds the influence ways and mechanisms of international trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) on the income distribution of residents under the condition of open economy. Secondly, after expounding the economic development of Taiwan after the economic development on the right track, opening to the outside world and income distribution, through the decomposition of the Gini coefficient in Taiwan. Find out the main source of the income gap in Taiwan. Then, in view of the income gap in Taiwan mainly comes from the wage income of the labor force, through the further division of the different economic characteristics of the labor force. To examine the income distribution gap between high and low skilled workers. Then, using the actual data of Taiwan to carry on the empirical analysis. Through the establishment of regression measurement model, the study of international trade, foreign direct investment and education. The influence of the change of labor force structure on income gap of Taiwan residents. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the main conclusions above and combining with the actual situation in Taiwan, this paper puts forward some inspirations to narrow the income gap in Taiwan.
