【摘要】：當(dāng)前,隨著廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,人類社會已經(jīng)由傳統(tǒng)的滿足生理需求的“物本經(jīng)濟”進入以同時滿足生理需求和心理需求或者以滿足心理需求為主的“人本經(jīng)濟”時代。在黨中央和國務(wù)院再次強調(diào)擴大就業(yè)是保障和改善民生的頭等大事的今天,深入探討廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對我國就業(yè)的整體福利效果,有助于人們更好的從戰(zhàn)略高度認識到廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對于國計民生的必要性和緊迫性。我國人口眾多,就業(yè)壓力一直很大,在加快經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的過程當(dāng)中,如果把以服務(wù)業(yè)特別是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)為主的廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起來,就能夠充分發(fā)揮其資本有機構(gòu)成低、人力資本要素富集、勞動就業(yè)彈性系數(shù)高的優(yōu)勢,從而促進就業(yè)的數(shù)量增長、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和質(zhì)量提高的三者有機融合。 本文以當(dāng)前世界經(jīng)濟進入新經(jīng)濟、新財富時代,國內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和就業(yè)面臨的新形勢為背景,利用中國廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)定量測算了廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的直接、間接以及綜合就業(yè)效應(yīng)。具體研究內(nèi)容如下： 第一章主要闡述選題的背景及意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和本文采用的研究路線與方法。 第二章對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與就業(yè)增長關(guān)系的基本理論進行了總結(jié),其中包括虛擬資本下的虛擬經(jīng)濟理論、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)下的虛擬經(jīng)濟理論、廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟理論以及廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟下的就業(yè)理論。 第三章就中國目前廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和就業(yè)狀況進行了統(tǒng)計描述,主要包括兩方面的內(nèi)容：中國廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)增長現(xiàn)狀。 第四章從數(shù)量關(guān)系上定量檢驗了廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與就業(yè)增長之間的關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明：廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與就業(yè)之間存在協(xié)整關(guān)系,且互為因果,即廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展能夠促進就業(yè)增長,反過來,就業(yè)增長又能促進廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。 第五章,主要利用數(shù)理建模和計量分析實證研究廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的就業(yè)效應(yīng),全方位、多層面科學(xué)評估廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對我國就業(yè)的影響。主要是利用1995—2011年的時間序列數(shù)據(jù),通過構(gòu)建聯(lián)立方程模型,借助Eviwes6.0軟件,以廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟所主要涉及的第三產(chǎn)業(yè)為統(tǒng)計核算范圍,嘗試性地定量測度了廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對就業(yè)增長的直接效應(yīng)、間接效應(yīng)和綜合效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明：廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展可以直接促進我國的就業(yè)水平提高,其生產(chǎn)總值每增加1%,我國就業(yè)量直接增加0.271885%；廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展不僅對就業(yè)產(chǎn)生直接效應(yīng),它還可以通過帶動第一、二產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對就業(yè)產(chǎn)生間接效應(yīng),分別為0.015994%和0.184501%；廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展還可以通過促進投資對就業(yè)產(chǎn)生正效應(yīng)(0.010156%)；廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展促進了技術(shù)水平的提高,但對就業(yè)的效應(yīng)為負(-0.248346%),反映了現(xiàn)階段技術(shù)水平的提高對就業(yè)產(chǎn)生了沖擊效應(yīng),而改變技術(shù)進步帶來的勞動生產(chǎn)率提高與勞動就業(yè)減少的這種替代關(guān)系的一個可行辦法是,要進一步調(diào)整我國經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟增長方式。 第六章總結(jié)了全文的研究結(jié)論,從全球化、新經(jīng)濟、開放視角提出我國如何通過大力發(fā)展廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟促進結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換和勞動就業(yè)協(xié)同耦合、和諧增長的相關(guān)政策建議。 本文的創(chuàng)新點主要有：改變以往從傳統(tǒng)的“物本經(jīng)濟”的角度研究經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與就業(yè)增長關(guān)系的視角,從“人本經(jīng)濟"的角度對廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的就業(yè)效應(yīng)進行實證研究,并且,在研究廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟與就業(yè)的關(guān)系時,不再局限于只研究其直接效應(yīng),而是考慮廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟對其它相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的帶動作用,利用聯(lián)立方程模型全方位、多層面定量測度廣義虛擬經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的直接、間接、綜合就業(yè)效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:At present, with the continuous development of the generalized virtual economy, human society has made to meet the physiological needs of traditional "the economy" to satisfy the physical and mental demands or to meet the psychological needs of the economy. Our country has a large population, the employment pressure has been great, in the process of accelerating the transformation of economic development mode, if in the service industry especially the modern service industry of the generalized virtual economy developed, can give full play to the organic composition of capital is low, the human capital to The enrichment of the elements and the advantages of high elasticity coefficient of labor and employment will promote the increase in the number of employment, the organic integration of the three groups of structural optimization and quality improvement.
In this paper, the current world economy entered a new economic era, the new wealth, the new situation facing domestic structural adjustment and employment as the background, using the related data of quantitative China generalized virtual economic development estimates the development of generalized virtual economy directly, indirect and comprehensive employment effect. The first chapter mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic, the research status at home and abroad and the research route and method adopted in this paper.
The second chapter summarizes the domestic and foreign about the relationship between generalized virtual economic development and employment growth in the basic theory, including the theory of virtual capital under the virtual economy, virtual economy theory under the information network, the generalized virtual economy theory and the generalized virtual economy theory of employment.
The third chapter makes a statistical description of the current development and employment status of the generalized virtual economy in China, including two aspects: the status quo of China's generalized virtual economy, the related industry's economic development and the employment growth status of the generalized virtual economy related industries.
