基于能值改進(jìn)生態(tài)足跡的鄭汴一體化可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力評價

【摘要】:摘要:鄭汴一體化城市區(qū)是中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的核心。隨著中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)被上升為國家及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,該城市區(qū)的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了一系列長足的進(jìn)步,同時也面臨著日益嚴(yán)峻的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)破壞問題和生態(tài)環(huán)境污染問題。人們必須審慎思考如何處理當(dāng)前發(fā)展背景下社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系,實現(xiàn)鄭汴一體化城市區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,為中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)樹立一個生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的典范。 本文運用基于能值改進(jìn)的生態(tài)足跡分析方法,首次建立鄭汴一體化城市區(qū)能值生態(tài)足跡模型,對該區(qū)域2005——2011年間的生態(tài)足跡、生態(tài)承載力與生態(tài)赤字進(jìn)行定量分析,對人類勞務(wù)與進(jìn)出口生態(tài)生態(tài)承載力加以研究,并選取能較好反映“生態(tài)-社會”系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的萬元GDP生態(tài)足跡、人均協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)等科學(xué)指標(biāo)建立一個完整的科學(xué)評價體系,對鄭汴一體化城市區(qū)社會生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了綜合評估。研究結(jié)果表明,2005——2011年間鄭汴一體化城市區(qū)一直呈現(xiàn)比較嚴(yán)重的生態(tài)赤字,且赤字呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢。該區(qū)域生態(tài)足跡所占比重最大的為耕地足跡、化石能源用地足跡和建筑用地足跡,并且后兩者上升格外迅猛。與此同時,該區(qū)域生態(tài)承載力發(fā)展平緩。當(dāng)?shù)厝丝趧趧?wù)生態(tài)承載力不斷提高,同時還有巨大的潛力有待挖掘。當(dāng)?shù)爻隹谏鷳B(tài)承載力始終大于進(jìn)口生態(tài)承載力,說明當(dāng)?shù)貫槠渌貐^(qū)生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展做出了一定貢獻(xiàn)。 基于以上研究結(jié)果,分析阻礙該區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展的因素,并結(jié)合研究區(qū)域的實際情況,本文對如何控制該區(qū)域生態(tài)赤字,促進(jìn)鄭汴一體化城市區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境與社會經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出了對策建議。圖19幅,表26個,參考文獻(xiàn)83篇。
[Abstract]:Abstract: Zhengbian integrated urban area is the core of the Central Plains Economic Zone. With the Central Plains Economic Zone rising into a national and development strategy, the social and economic development of this urban area has made a series of great progress. At the same time, they are also faced with the increasingly serious problems of ecosystem destruction and ecological pollution. People must think carefully about how to deal with the relationship between social and economic development and ecological environment in the current development context. To realize the sustainable development of Zhengbianintegrative urban district is to set an example of eco-economic development for the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone. In this paper, the emergy ecological footprint analysis method based on emergy improvement is used to establish the emergy ecological footprint model for the first time, and the ecological footprint, ecological carrying capacity and ecological deficit in this area from 2005 to 2011 are quantitatively analyzed. This paper studies the ecological carrying capacity of human labor service and import and export, and selects the ecological footprint of 10,000 Yuan GDP which can better reflect the sustainable development of "eco-society" system. Establishing a complete scientific evaluation system for scientific indicators such as the per capita coordination coefficient, A comprehensive assessment of the sustainable development of the social ecosystem in the Zhengbianintegrated urban area is carried out. The results show that the Zhengbianintegrative urban area has been showing a serious ecological deficit from 2005 to 2011. The largest proportion of the ecological footprint in the region is cultivated land footprint, fossil energy land footprint and construction land footprint, and the latter two are rising rapidly. The ecological carrying capacity of the local population is increasing, and there is huge potential to be tapped. The ecological carrying capacity of the local exports is always greater than the ecological carrying capacity of the imports. Show that the local ecological and economic sustainable development of other regions made a certain contribution. Based on the above research results, this paper analyzes the factors that hinder the sustainable development of the region, and combines the actual situation of the study area, this paper discusses how to control the ecological deficit of the region. The countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the harmonious and sustainable development of ecological environment and social economy in Zhengbian-Bianintegrative urban area are put forward, with 19 figs, 26 tables and 83 refs.
