【摘要】：非洲交通、電力、通訊等基礎設施建設滯后阻礙了非洲的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和區(qū)域一體化,加快基礎設施建設現(xiàn)已成為非洲各國領導人的共識和政府政策的努力方向。非洲各國已積極開展交通、能源等基礎設施的建設,并積極呼吁國際社會幫助改善其基礎設施狀況。中國在非洲基礎設施建設融資中占據(jù)重要地位,中國將大力推動非洲大陸的互聯(lián)互通,提出中國和非洲共同打造非洲基礎設施建設的三大網(wǎng)絡,即高速鐵路網(wǎng)絡、高速公路網(wǎng)絡、非洲區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡,為中非基礎設施建設合作提供更加廣闊的空間。
[Abstract]:The lagged infrastructure in Africa, such as transport, electricity and communications, is hampering Africa's economic development and regional integration. Speeding up the construction of infrastructure has become the consensus of African leaders and the direction of government policy efforts. African countries have been actively engaged in the construction of infrastructure such as transportation, energy, etc. And actively called on the international community to help improve its infrastructure. China plays an important role in financing infrastructure construction in Africa, and China will vigorously promote connectivity on the African continent. It is proposed that China and Africa jointly build three networks of infrastructure construction in Africa, that is, high-speed railway network, highway network and African regional network, which will provide a wider space for China-Africa infrastructure construction cooperation.
