【摘要】：非洲交通、電力、通訊等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后阻礙了非洲的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和區(qū)域一體化,加快基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)現(xiàn)已成為非洲各國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的共識(shí)和政府政策的努力方向。非洲各國(guó)已積極開(kāi)展交通、能源等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè),并積極呼吁國(guó)際社會(huì)幫助改善其基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施狀況。中國(guó)在非洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)融資中占據(jù)重要地位,中國(guó)將大力推動(dòng)非洲大陸的互聯(lián)互通,提出中國(guó)和非洲共同打造非洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的三大網(wǎng)絡(luò),即高速鐵路網(wǎng)絡(luò)、高速公路網(wǎng)絡(luò)、非洲區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò),為中非基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)合作提供更加廣闊的空間。
[Abstract]:The lagged infrastructure in Africa, such as transport, electricity and communications, is hampering Africa's economic development and regional integration. Speeding up the construction of infrastructure has become the consensus of African leaders and the direction of government policy efforts. African countries have been actively engaged in the construction of infrastructure such as transportation, energy, etc. And actively called on the international community to help improve its infrastructure. China plays an important role in financing infrastructure construction in Africa, and China will vigorously promote connectivity on the African continent. It is proposed that China and Africa jointly build three networks of infrastructure construction in Africa, that is, high-speed railway network, highway network and African regional network, which will provide a wider space for China-Africa infrastructure construction cooperation.
