馬克思消費(fèi)理論視域下的中國(guó)和諧消費(fèi)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:馬克思認(rèn)為消費(fèi)不僅是一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題,更是一個(gè)重要的社會(huì)問(wèn)題和人的問(wèn)題,他對(duì)于消費(fèi)問(wèn)題的研究不僅僅限于經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的視域,而是將其置于廣闊的社會(huì)領(lǐng)域中進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)批判和構(gòu)建兩種途徑逐步創(chuàng)立了消費(fèi)理論,并為馬克思主義消費(fèi)理論奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。馬克思的消費(fèi)理論包括了社會(huì)再生產(chǎn)的消費(fèi)理論、資本主義的消費(fèi)理論、未來(lái)社會(huì)的消費(fèi)理論。馬克思的消費(fèi)理論體系體現(xiàn)了四方面的特征:第一,消費(fèi)與生產(chǎn)保持均衡發(fā)展;第二,消費(fèi)發(fā)展的核心原則是以人為本;第三,生產(chǎn)與消費(fèi)必須與自然環(huán)境保持協(xié)調(diào);第四,消費(fèi)應(yīng)具有公平性。 和諧消費(fèi)的內(nèi)涵和本質(zhì)是消費(fèi)與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)相協(xié)調(diào)、消費(fèi)與人的發(fā)展相協(xié)調(diào)、消費(fèi)與生態(tài)環(huán)境相協(xié)調(diào)、消費(fèi)體現(xiàn)公平正義,體現(xiàn)了馬克思消費(fèi)理論的核心特征。從本質(zhì)上講,適度消費(fèi)、綠色消費(fèi)、可持續(xù)消費(fèi)、低碳消費(fèi)等都統(tǒng)一于和諧消費(fèi)。因此,馬克思的消費(fèi)理論是當(dāng)代中國(guó)構(gòu)建和諧消費(fèi)的理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)消費(fèi)發(fā)展的實(shí)踐提供了重要的指導(dǎo)思想。 和諧消費(fèi)是轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的主要?jiǎng)恿,是縮小消費(fèi)差距的有效手段,是彌補(bǔ)社會(huì)公共消費(fèi)不足的重要方式,是保障和改善民生的重要途徑,是應(yīng)對(duì)生態(tài)危機(jī)的必然選擇,是抵制消費(fèi)主義腐蝕的必然要求,是優(yōu)化消費(fèi)環(huán)境的有力保障,是對(duì)失諧消費(fèi)現(xiàn)象的文化反思,是重構(gòu)主導(dǎo)消費(fèi)文化的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)境,是完善消費(fèi)相關(guān)法律制度的價(jià)值目標(biāo),是建立和諧消費(fèi)價(jià)值體系的直接動(dòng)因。簡(jiǎn)言之,和諧消費(fèi)是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)發(fā)展和文化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要和必然要求,中國(guó)發(fā)展和諧消費(fèi)是必然選擇。 中國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧消費(fèi)有四條路徑。一是樹(shù)立和諧的消費(fèi)理念。通過(guò)加強(qiáng)消費(fèi)教育和消費(fèi)宣傳、消費(fèi)者轉(zhuǎn)換消費(fèi)理念、充分發(fā)揮文化引導(dǎo)作用和政策與法律保障等措施樹(shù)立起和諧的消費(fèi)理念。二是實(shí)行和諧的消費(fèi)方式。要實(shí)行和諧的消費(fèi)方式,就要解決好中國(guó)當(dāng)今存在的幾個(gè)重大問(wèn)題:改善收入分配格局,增加和優(yōu)化公共消費(fèi)供給,切實(shí)提高農(nóng)民收入水平,提高居民消費(fèi)水平和消費(fèi)力。三是營(yíng)造和諧的消費(fèi)環(huán)境。完善消費(fèi)政策體系,健全消費(fèi)法律體系,優(yōu)化消費(fèi)道德環(huán)境,,加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)行為的監(jiān)管。四是構(gòu)建和諧的消費(fèi)文化。在文化全球化的背景下,要構(gòu)建和諧的消費(fèi)文化必須融合先進(jìn)的外來(lái)文化,傳承優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)消費(fèi)文化,同時(shí),政府要發(fā)揮文化職能推進(jìn)消費(fèi)文化建設(shè),并強(qiáng)化傳媒對(duì)消費(fèi)文化的積極作用。 綜上,和諧消費(fèi)是合規(guī)律性與合目的性的統(tǒng)一,和諧消費(fèi)是人與自然、人與人和諧的統(tǒng)一,和諧消費(fèi)是社會(huì)選擇與個(gè)人選擇的統(tǒng)一。中國(guó)要構(gòu)建和諧消費(fèi),就是要在國(guó)家的主導(dǎo)下每個(gè)人樹(shù)立起和諧的消費(fèi)理念、在和諧的消費(fèi)環(huán)境中通過(guò)和諧的消費(fèi)行為實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧的消費(fèi)方式,構(gòu)建和諧的消費(fèi)文化,從根本上實(shí)現(xiàn)人與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)、人與生態(tài)自然、人與人的和諧。

By criticizing and constructing the consumption theory, the author has gradually established the consumption theory and laid a solid foundation for the Marxist consumption theory. Marx's consumption theory includes the consumption theory of social reproduction and the consumption theory of capitalism. The consumption theory of the future society. Harmonious consumption is the main motive force to change the mode of economic development, an effective means to narrow the consumption gap, an important way to make up for the insufficiency of social public consumption, an important way to protect and improve the people's livelihood, and an inevitable choice to deal with the ecological crisis. It is an inevitable requirement to resist the corrosion of consumerism, a powerful guarantee to optimize the consumption environment, a cultural reflection on the phenomenon of mismatched consumption, a basic environment for reconstructing the dominant consumption culture, and a value goal for perfecting the consumption-related legal system. In short, harmonious consumption is the realistic need and inevitable requirement of economic development, social development and cultural development, and the development of harmonious consumption in China is the inevitable choice. There are four ways to achieve harmonious consumption in China. One is to establish a harmonious consumption concept. By strengthening consumption education and consumption propaganda, consumers can change their consumption ideas. Give full play to the role of cultural guidance, policy and legal protection and other measures to establish a harmonious concept of consumption. Second, the implementation of a harmonious consumption mode.
