【摘要】:在微電子工業(yè)領(lǐng)域中,隨著電子元器件高密度化和高集成化發(fā)展,不僅需要材料有良好的導(dǎo)熱性能,還需要絕緣、易加工成型、耐化學(xué)腐蝕等其他性能。傳統(tǒng)的無(wú)機(jī)材料已難以滿(mǎn)足要求,而聚合物基復(fù)合材料,尤其是特種高分子復(fù)合材料,在電子工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的研究越來(lái)越受到關(guān)注。另外,材料實(shí)際應(yīng)用環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性決定了單一組成的材料已難以滿(mǎn)足要求,通常需要多種高分子樹(shù)脂進(jìn)行共混/共聚或者是向高分子基體樹(shù)脂中添加無(wú)機(jī)納米功能材料來(lái)改善復(fù)合材料的整體性能,而多組分復(fù)合材料的界面相容性好壞對(duì)于復(fù)合材料的整體性能有重要影響,因此,復(fù)合材料性能最優(yōu)化的首要條件是對(duì)多組分之間的界面相容性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。本論文正是針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,以特種高分子聚芳醚腈及其復(fù)合材料的界面相容性為主要的研究對(duì)象,在深入分析復(fù)合材料界面相容性評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)流變模型在多組分聚芳醚腈復(fù)合材料界面相容性的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了詳盡的討論和研究。主要內(nèi)容為:1.簡(jiǎn)要綜述了動(dòng)態(tài)流變學(xué)發(fā)展歷史,重點(diǎn)介紹了動(dòng)態(tài)流變學(xué)的基本模型和在復(fù)合材料界面相容性評(píng)價(jià)方面的應(yīng)用范圍。2.制備了聚芳醚腈及聚芳醚腈共聚物薄膜材料,應(yīng)用紅外光譜、熱分析技術(shù)、掃描電鏡、介電測(cè)試儀對(duì)純聚合物及聚合物共混樣品的組成、結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌與力學(xué)、熱學(xué)、電學(xué)性能進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)表征。同時(shí)采用動(dòng)態(tài)流變學(xué)測(cè)試技術(shù),對(duì)聚芳醚腈共混物的界面相容性進(jìn)行表征。3.采用氨基鄰苯二甲腈對(duì)碳納米管進(jìn)行表面處理,得到腈基表面功能化的碳納米材料,添加到聚芳醚腈基體中,制備得到了具有良好界面相容性的聚芳醚腈/碳納米管復(fù)合薄膜。應(yīng)用紅外光譜、熱分析技術(shù)、掃描電鏡、力學(xué)萬(wàn)能實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)、介電測(cè)試儀對(duì)純聚合物及聚合物共混樣品的組成、結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌與力學(xué)、熱學(xué)、電學(xué)性能進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)表征。采用動(dòng)態(tài)流變學(xué)測(cè)試技術(shù),表征了含有不同添加量碳納米管的復(fù)合薄膜的動(dòng)態(tài)流變學(xué)性能,研究表明實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與理論計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)一致。
[Abstract]:In the field of microelectronics industry, with the development of high density and high integration of electronic components, it is necessary not only to have good thermal conductivity of materials, but also to have other properties such as insulation, easy processing and forming, chemical corrosion resistance and so on. Traditional inorganic materials have been difficult to meet the requirements, and polymer matrix composites, especially special polymer composites, have attracted more and more attention in the field of electronic industry. In addition, the complexity of the practical application environment of materials makes it difficult for a single material to meet the requirements. It usually requires a variety of polymer resins to blend / copolymerize or to add inorganic nano-functional materials to polymer matrix resins to improve the overall properties of composite materials. The interfacial compatibility of multicomponent composites has an important effect on the overall properties of composite materials. Therefore, the most important condition for the optimization of composite properties is to evaluate the interfacial compatibility of multicomponent composites. In this paper, the interfacial compatibility of the special polymer poly (aryl ether nitrile) and its composites is the main research object, based on the in-depth analysis of the composite interface compatibility evaluation technology. The application of dynamic rheological model to the interfacial compatibility of multicomponent poly (aryl ether nitrile) composites was discussed and studied in detail. The main content is: 1. The development history of dynamic rheology is briefly reviewed. The basic model of dynamic rheology and its application in the evaluation of interfacial compatibility of composites are introduced. Poly (aryl ether nitrile) and poly (aryl ether nitrile) copolymer films were prepared. The composition, structure, morphology, mechanical and thermal properties of pure polymer and polymer blends were investigated by infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy and dielectric measurement. Electrical properties were systematically characterized. At the same time, the interfacial compatibility of poly (aryl ether nitrile) blends was characterized by means of dynamic rheological test. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were treated with amino-phthalonitrile to obtain nitrile-based surface functionalized carbon nanomaterials, which were added to poly (aryl ether nitrile) substrates to prepare poly (aryl ether nitrile) / carbon nanotubes composite films with good interfacial compatibility. The composition, structure, morphology and mechanical, thermal and electrical properties of pure polymer and polymer blends were systematically characterized by infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis, scanning electron microscope, mechanical universal tester and dielectric tester. The dynamic rheological properties of composite films with different amount of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were characterized by means of dynamic rheological test. The experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical data.
