膦酸改性海藻酸鈉基復(fù)合材料的制備及其性能研究

【摘要】:由生物形成且富含羧酸陰離子和羥基的海藻酸鈉,是最豐富的天然多糖材料之一,憑借優(yōu)異的生物相容性、生物可降解性、無毒性以及低廉的成本和較強的螯合能力等具有廣泛的用途。本文以海藻酸鈉SA為基體合成兩種截然不同的復(fù)合材料。一是采用交聯(lián)固化的方法復(fù)合Fe3+得到粒徑約為1.5mm大小的F/A球,二是采用低溫酯化的方法復(fù)合改性廢棄對位芳綸得到P/A顆粒,最后分別用有機膦酸EDTMPA對這兩種不同形態(tài)的復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行高溫酯化改性得到EDTMPA-F/A和EDTMPA-P/A。尤其是合成的EDTMPA-F/A具有雙功能、雙性能的膦酸改性海藻酸鈉基復(fù)合材料在水污染治理以及催化合成生物柴油等應(yīng)用上具有實際意義。通過紅外、熱重以及掃面電鏡等手段對兩種材料進(jìn)行表征,同時探究兩種材料的催化及其吸附Pb(Ⅱ)性能。1.首先通過F/A和EDTMPA-F/A平衡催化對比實驗結(jié)果得到EDTMPA-F/A催化性能更加卓越,接下來圍繞EDTMPA-F/A催化實驗的單因素條件進(jìn)行初步探究得到最佳MR值為8:1,EDTMPA-F/A用量為9wt%,溫度為90oC;以這三個結(jié)論作為催化條件,通過RSM實驗設(shè)計分析后得到優(yōu)化的最佳催化條件MR值為6.634:1、EDTMPA-F/A用量為10.76552wt%、溫度為81.2713oC,按照該條件進(jìn)行重復(fù)試驗三次,實驗值均在89%左右。EDTMPA-F/A反復(fù)使用3次后,使用效率保持在44%以上。EDTMPA-F/A的催化動力學(xué)方程為:r=2.17×10-2exp(-10.25/RT)[CA][CB]-2.71×10-3exp(-4.15/RT)[CC][CD]。其次吸附性能的探究從F/A和EDTMPA-F/A靜態(tài)飽和吸附對比實驗表明,兩種材料對多種常見金屬離子均具有吸附效果,而EDTMPA-F/A對Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附效果尤為顯著,接下來以EDTMPA-F/A為主對吸附條件進(jìn)行探究得到吸附最佳pH值為3.5以及EDTMPA-F/A劑量為0.0150g時,EDTMPA-F/A吸Pb(Ⅱ)效率最高。通過與經(jīng)典的吸附模型擬合,得到EDTMPA-F/A的吸附過程為邊界層擴(kuò)散控速同時主要受粒內(nèi)擴(kuò)散的影響,整個過程吸熱而且界面混亂度變大。2.EDTMPA-P/A吸附性能的研究過程通過EDTMPA-P/A和P/A靜態(tài)飽和吸附對比實驗驗證吸附Pb(Ⅱ)性能顯著而且EDTMPA-P/A優(yōu)于P/A。接下來圍繞EDTMPA-P/A吸附Pb(Ⅱ)的實驗條件進(jìn)行初步探究得到Pb(Ⅱ)溶液的pH=4和EDTMPA-P/A的劑量為0.0150g時,吸Pb(Ⅱ)效率最高。EDTMPA-P/A吸附動力學(xué)曲線在2h內(nèi)達(dá)到平衡,為化學(xué)吸附中螯合配位控速,同時主要受液膜擴(kuò)散的影響,整個過程吸熱而且界面混亂度變大。同時在二元離子體系中,EDTMPA-P/A吸Pb(Ⅱ)性能卓越。用pH=1的HNO3溶液洗脫EDTMPA-P/A的洗脫率較高,在循環(huán)兩次使用后,洗脫率仍在70%以上。通過RSA構(gòu)建新的三元二次回歸模型,優(yōu)化實驗因素得到pH值為3.21、EDTMPA-P/A用量為20.1876mg、初始Pb(Ⅱ)濃度為1.642mmol/L為最佳吸附條件,按照該條件進(jìn)行重復(fù)試驗三次,實驗Q值均在191.63mg/g左右,穩(wěn)定性好。
[Abstract]:Sodium alginate, which is biologically formed and rich in carboxylic acid anions and hydroxyl groups, is one of the most abundant natural polysaccharides, with excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability. Non-toxic, low cost and strong chelating ability have a wide range of applications. In this paper, two different composite materials were synthesized with sodium alginate SA as matrix. One is to synthesize Fe _ 3 by crosslinking and solidification to obtain F- / A ball with the size of 1.5mm, and the other is to compound the modification of waste para-aramid by low temperature esterification to get P- / A particles. Finally, EDTMPA-F / A and EDTMPA-P / P / A were prepared by esterification of EDTMPA-F / A and EDTMPA-P / A respectively with EDTMPA.
