基于響應(yīng)面法的木質(zhì)素炭制備工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為開發(fā)生物質(zhì)導(dǎo)電材料,以木質(zhì)素為原料,氯化鐵為催化劑,通過熱解炭化工藝制備木質(zhì)素炭,并利用響應(yīng)面法對(duì)影響炭產(chǎn)率的4個(gè)主要因素即載氣流量、升溫速率、炭化溫度、炭化時(shí)間進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。研究結(jié)果表明,利用Design-Expert軟件的Box-Behnken設(shè)計(jì)建立的二次多項(xiàng)式模型較顯著,當(dāng)載氣流量為1.26 L/min,升溫速率為20℃/min,炭化溫度為700℃,炭化時(shí)間為60 min時(shí),炭產(chǎn)率達(dá)到最大值46.04%,與實(shí)際值45.86%較為接近,說明優(yōu)化結(jié)果可信。洗滌處理后的木質(zhì)素炭呈片層堆積狀,其結(jié)構(gòu)類似于石墨微晶炭,電阻率為0.353Ω·cm。
[Abstract]:In order to develop biomass conductive material, lignin carbon was prepared by pyrolysis carbonization process with lignin as raw material and ferric chloride as catalyst. The four main factors affecting the yield of carbon, namely, carrier gas flow rate and heating rate, were studied by response surface method. The carbonization temperature and carbonization time were optimized. The results show that the quadratic polynomial model designed by Box-Behnken of Design-Expert software is obvious.
