【摘要】:過渡金屬硼化物(TMBs)是一類具有強耐磨性、抗腐蝕性、耐高溫、高硬度的多功能材料.過渡金屬與硼原子間電荷轉(zhuǎn)移量的多樣性決定了過渡金屬硼化物中化學鍵的成鍵方式和成鍵強弱,最終導致過渡金屬硼化物豐富的結(jié)構(gòu)以及潛在的多功能特性.過渡金屬硼化物的制備、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和力學性能一直是該領(lǐng)域的研究熱點.硼原子間的強共價鍵決定了過渡金屬硼化物的合成需要高能量;晶體結(jié)構(gòu)中化學鍵的強弱與過渡金屬硼化物的硬度性質(zhì)息息相關(guān);多種化學鍵成鍵方式使過渡金屬硼化物展現(xiàn)出了豐富的多功能性質(zhì).本文主要從過渡金屬硼化物的合成、結(jié)構(gòu)、硬度性質(zhì)和多功能性質(zhì)四個方面,以不同硼原子亞結(jié)構(gòu)單元為出發(fā)點,總結(jié)和分析了過渡金屬硼化物的研究現(xiàn)狀.我們認為,利用高溫高壓制備TMBs,誘導過渡金屬與硼原子之間的電子轉(zhuǎn)移,構(gòu)造(準)三維的化學鍵,是設(shè)計制備新型多功能硬質(zhì)過渡金屬硼化物的有效方法.
[Abstract]:Transition metal boride (TMBs) is a kind of multifunctional materials with high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high hardness. The variety of charge transfer between transition metals and boron atoms determines the bonding mode and bonding strength of chemical bonds in transition metal boride, which leads to the rich structure and potential multifunctional properties of transition metal boride. The preparation, crystal structure and mechanical properties of transition metal boride have been the focus of research in this field. The strong covalent bond between the atoms of boron determines that the synthesis of transition metal boride needs high energy, and the strength of the chemical bond in the crystal structure is closely related to the hardness of the transition metal boride. The transition metal boride exhibits abundant multifunctional properties in various bonding modes. In this paper, the present research situation of transition metal boride is summarized and analyzed from four aspects: synthesis, structure, hardness and multifunctional properties of transition metal boride, with different substructural units of boron as the starting point. We consider that the preparation of TMBs at high temperature and pressure, the induction of electron transfer between transition metals and boron atoms, and the formation of (quasi-) three-dimensional chemical bonds are effective methods for the design and preparation of new multifunctional hard transition metal boride.
