陶瓷易碎彈對鋁板的沖擊特性研究

【摘要】:為研究陶瓷易碎彈對鋁板的沖擊特性,建立陶瓷易碎彈沖擊鋁板的有限元模型,利用LS-DYNA有限元程序分析彈頭沖擊鋁板時的應力變化及速度對彈頭沖擊性能的影響;建立陶瓷易碎彈沖擊鋁板的力學模型,對陶瓷易碎彈彈頭破碎進行理論分析;通過陶瓷易碎彈對鋁板的沖擊性能試驗,驗證數(shù)值模擬和理論分析的正確性。研究結(jié)果表明:陶瓷易碎彈具有良好的破碎性能,合適的速度沖擊鋁板時鋁板損傷較小;彈頭破碎從陶瓷殼體圓頭部開始,陶瓷殼體最大應力始終在彈-靶接觸區(qū)域邊緣,是沖擊過程中陶瓷殼體最容易破壞的區(qū)域。
[Abstract]:In order to study the impact characteristics of ceramic fragile projectile on aluminum plate, the finite element model of ceramic fragile projectile impacting aluminum plate was established. The stress change and the effect of velocity on the impact performance of warhead were analyzed by LS-DYNA finite element program. The mechanical model of ceramic friable projectile impact on aluminum plate was established, and the theoretical analysis of ceramic fragile bomb warhead breakage was carried out, and the correctness of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis was verified by the impact performance test of ceramic fragile bomb on aluminum plate. The results show that the ceramic shrapnel has good crushing performance, the damage of the aluminum plate is less when the velocity is suitable, and the warhead is broken from the round head of the ceramic shell, and the maximum stress of the ceramic shell is always at the edge of the contact area between the projectile and the target. It is the most easily damaged area of ceramic shell during impact.
