二維原子晶體材料的制備與應(yīng)變傳感特性研究

【摘要】:二維原子晶體材料由于具有優(yōu)異的光、電、力、磁和熱學(xué)等性能而引起了廣泛的研究興趣。尤其,二維原子晶體材料在微小形變下可以產(chǎn)生較大的電阻變化,且能夠承受比相應(yīng)體材料更大的彈性應(yīng)變而不至于使其結(jié)構(gòu)破壞,在應(yīng)變傳感器方面具有重要的潛在應(yīng)用價(jià)值,并且有望構(gòu)建在各種條件下適用的柔性集成化的電子器件。目前,二維原子晶體材料備受關(guān)注的是石墨烯、二硫化鉬和黑磷。本文從上述三種典型二維材料的基本物性出發(fā),基于其物理性質(zhì)和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)從理論上解釋二維材料的應(yīng)變傳感特性,并詳細(xì)介紹二維材料的各種制備方法如機(jī)械剝離法、溶液法和化學(xué)氣相沉積法(CVD)等。在材料制備的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了石墨烯、二硫化鉬、黑磷在應(yīng)變傳感領(lǐng)域如健康監(jiān)測(cè)、可穿戴器件、電子皮膚等方面的具體應(yīng)用,并展望了二維材料未來的研究方向與應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The two-dimensional atomic crystal material has attracted extensive interest due to its excellent properties of light, electricity, force, magnetism and heat. In particular, the two-dimensional atomic crystal material can produce larger resistance changes under the small deformation and can bear more elastic strain than the corresponding body material without breaking its structure. In strain sensor It has an important potential application value and is expected to construct flexible integrated electronic devices suitable for various conditions. At present, the two-dimensional atomic crystal materials are paid much attention to graphene, molybdenum disulfide and black phosphorus. This paper, based on the physical properties and microstructure of the three typical two-dimensional materials, is based on its physical properties and microstructure. The strain sensing characteristics of two-dimensional materials are explained in theory, and various preparation methods of two-dimensional materials such as mechanical peeling, solution and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) are described in detail. On the basis of the preparation of materials, this paper describes graphene, molybdenum disulfide and black phosphorus in the field of strain sensing, such as health monitoring, wearable devices, electronic skin and so on. The application and Prospect of 2D materials in the future are also prospected.
