【摘要】：采用飛秒激光抽運(yùn)脈沖激發(fā)了Bi_2Te_3薄膜頻率為1.856 THz的聲子相干振動,并用探測光測量得到了其阻尼振動信號.結(jié)合Raman光譜,確定該振動為A~1_(1g)對稱振動模式的相干光學(xué)聲子.為了實現(xiàn)該模式振動的調(diào)控,在抽運(yùn)光路上安裝了脈沖整形器,進(jìn)而控制生成具有不同時間間隔和能量比的兩束脈沖激光.研究表明,當(dāng)兩束脈沖的間隔時間為相干光學(xué)聲子振動半周期的奇數(shù)倍時,調(diào)整兩束脈沖的能量比值,可以實現(xiàn)A~1_(1g)模式振動的完全消除.繼而將兩束脈沖的能量比值保持不變,得到了振幅隨間隔時間的變化曲線,與理論分析符合.結(jié)果進(jìn)一步證實了用超快光譜調(diào)控特定晶格振動的可行性,從而為研究材料內(nèi)部超快能量傳遞過程提供了有效手段.
[Abstract]:The coherent phonon vibration of Bi_2Te_3 film with frequency of 1.856 THz is excited by femtosecond laser pumped pulse, and the damping vibration signal is obtained by detecting light. In combination with the Raman spectrum, the vibration is determined to be a coherent optical phonon in the symmetric vibration mode of Agni _ (1g). In order to realize the control of the mode vibration, a pulse shaping device is installed on the pump path to control the generation of two pulsed lasers with different time intervals and energy ratios. It is shown that when the interval time between two pulses is odd times that of the half-period of coherent optical phonon vibration, the energy ratio of the two pulses can be completely eliminated by adjusting the energy ratio of the two pulses. Then, the energy ratio of the two pulses is kept constant, and the variation curve of the amplitude with the interval is obtained, which is in agreement with the theoretical analysis. The results further confirm the feasibility of using ultrafast spectrum to regulate the specific lattice vibration, which provides an effective means for studying the ultrafast energy transfer process in the material.
