結(jié)構(gòu)材料維氏硬度與屈服應(yīng)力的關(guān)系分析

【摘要】:利用傳統(tǒng)力學(xué)試驗(yàn)方式直接獲取實(shí)際工程結(jié)構(gòu)的(如焊接接頭)材料力學(xué)性能有時(shí)相當(dāng)困難,而準(zhǔn)確的材料力學(xué)參數(shù)是分析實(shí)際工程結(jié)構(gòu)完整性的重要基礎(chǔ)依據(jù)。鑒于獲取材料表面維氏硬度相對(duì)容易,文中利用維氏硬度試驗(yàn)和ABAQUS有限元分析相結(jié)合的方式,分析了304奧氏體不銹鋼維氏硬度與材料屈服應(yīng)力的相關(guān)性,為復(fù)雜工程結(jié)構(gòu)的材料力學(xué)參數(shù)確定提供了一條新的途徑。
[Abstract]:It is very difficult to obtain the mechanical properties of practical engineering structures (such as welded joints) directly by using the traditional mechanical test method, and the accurate mechanical parameters of materials are the important basis for analyzing the integrity of practical engineering structures. Since the Vickers hardness on the surface of the material is relatively easy to obtain, the correlation between the Vickers hardness of 304 austenitic stainless steel and the yield stress of the material is analyzed by using Vickers hardness test and ABAQUS finite element analysis. It provides a new way for the determination of material mechanics parameters of complex engineering structures.
