表面微結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)材料疏水及防冰性能影響研究

【摘要】:以硅氧烷為疏水劑,采用浸漬法在具有開(kāi)放及封閉微結(jié)構(gòu)的金屬鋁板上制備了超疏水表面,系統(tǒng)考查了表面微結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)材料疏水及防冰性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,超疏水表面靜態(tài)接觸角隨結(jié)除冰次數(shù)的增加而減少,滾動(dòng)角隨結(jié)除冰次數(shù)的增加而增大,且在多個(gè)結(jié)冰除冰循環(huán)后,表面開(kāi)放微結(jié)構(gòu)的金屬鋁板喪失其超疏水性,表面封閉微結(jié)構(gòu)的金屬鋁板仍保持其超疏水性。進(jìn)一步實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明,在多個(gè)結(jié)冰除冰循環(huán)后,在相同結(jié)冰條件下,水滴在表面為開(kāi)放微結(jié)構(gòu)的金屬鋁板上的結(jié)冰時(shí)間遠(yuǎn)長(zhǎng)于表面為封閉結(jié)構(gòu)的金屬鋁板。
[Abstract]:Using siloxane as hydrophobic agent, the superhydrophobic surface of aluminum plate with open and closed microstructures was prepared by impregnation method. The effects of surface microstructure design on hydrophobic and anti-ice properties of the materials were systematically investigated. The results show that the static contact angle of superhydrophobic surface decreases with the increase of deicing times, and the rolling angle increases with the increase of deicing times. The surface closed microstructure of the metal aluminum plate still keeps its hydrophobicity. Further experimental studies show that under the same icing conditions, the freezing time of water droplets on metal aluminum plates with open microstructures is much longer than that on metal aluminum plates with closed surface structure after several deicing cycles.
