粉末阻燃劑對鈦粉燃燒抑制的實驗研究

【摘要】:利用粉塵云最低著火溫度測試儀研究粉末阻燃劑對鈦粉塵云燃燒的抑制作用。實驗結(jié)果表明:質(zhì)量相等的3種不同粉末阻燃劑對鈦粉塵云著火的抑制作用強弱依次為磷酸二氫銨、碳酸鈣、二氧化硅。伴隨著阻燃劑質(zhì)量的增加,鈦粉塵云最低著火溫度升高;通過研究混合粉末阻燃劑對鈦粉塵云著火的抑制作用發(fā)現(xiàn),磷酸二氫銨與碳酸鈣在混合作用下的抑制效果最佳,二者存在協(xié)同作用。當兩種阻燃劑的質(zhì)量均為50 mg時,鈦粉塵云最低著火溫度達到568℃。
[Abstract]:The effect of powder flame retardant on the combustion of titanium dust cloud was studied by using the dust cloud minimum ignition temperature tester. The experimental results show that the inhibitory effects of three kinds of powder flame retardants of equal mass on the ignition of titanium dust cloud are ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium carbonate and silica in order. With the increase of the mass of flame retardant, the lowest ignition temperature of titanium dust cloud increased. By studying the inhibition effect of mixed powder flame retardant on the ignition of titanium dust cloud, it was found that the inhibition effect of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and calcium carbonate on the ignition of titanium dust cloud was the best under the mixed action of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and calcium carbonate. There is a synergistic effect between them. When the mass of both flame retardants is 50 mg, the lowest ignition temperature of titanium dust cloud reaches 568 鈩,
