混凝土橋梁拓寬加固利用研究

【摘要】:混凝土橋梁設(shè)計(jì)理論成熟、施工便捷且較為經(jīng)濟(jì),上世紀(jì)我國(guó)建造的橋梁大部分都是該種橋型。但隨著交通量的增長(zhǎng),許多道路有提級(jí)運(yùn)營(yíng)的需要,而已有的混凝土橋梁橋面寬度過(guò)窄、出現(xiàn)了較多病害,已不能滿足使用需求;同時(shí)為響應(yīng)國(guó)家建設(shè)“兩型”社會(huì)的號(hào)召,對(duì)既有混凝土橋梁進(jìn)行再利用的拓寬加固研究顯得十分有意義。本文依托產(chǎn)學(xué)研經(jīng)合作資金專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目《舊路改造工程中既有橋涵拓寬加固利用研究》,提出一種舊橋利用拓寬進(jìn)行加固的方法:縱橫梁拓寬加固法,在加寬加固橋梁的同時(shí)較大幅度提升舊橋的橋梁承載力,使其滿足提級(jí)運(yùn)營(yíng)的需求。本文提出縱橫梁加固法的技術(shù)構(gòu)想,并以空心板橋?yàn)槔⒖臻g有限元拓寬加固模型,進(jìn)行縱橫梁拓寬加固橋梁的受力特性研究,重點(diǎn)針對(duì)拓寬加固時(shí)加固梁的合理剛度開(kāi)展,通過(guò)計(jì)算對(duì)比確定縱橫梁的合理剛度并提出合理剛度原則;利用MIDAS/Civil空間有限元軟件對(duì)拓寬加固前后橋梁的荷載效應(yīng)與全橋承載力進(jìn)行計(jì)算和對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了縱橫梁拓寬加固方法的加固效果;結(jié)合縱橫梁加固后橋梁的實(shí)際特點(diǎn),對(duì)新增縱梁的橫向分布系數(shù)計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行研究,找到適用于計(jì)算其橫向分布系數(shù)的方法,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出并驗(yàn)證一種縱梁受力的簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算方法,可為以后的縱橫梁體系受力計(jì)算提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The design theory of concrete bridges is mature, and the construction is convenient and economical. Most of the bridges built in China in the last century are of this type. However, with the increase of traffic volume, many roads need to be upgraded, and the existing concrete bridge deck width is too narrow, there are many diseases, which can not meet the needs of use; At the same time, in response to the call of the country to build a "two-type" society, it is of great significance to study the widening and strengthening of existing concrete bridges. Based on the special project of industry-university-research cooperation fund "study on the widening and strengthening of existing bridges and culverts in old road reconstruction projects", this paper puts forward a method for strengthening old bridges by widening and widening: widening and strengthening method of longitudinal and horizontal beams. While widening and strengthening the bridge, the bearing capacity of the old bridge is greatly enhanced to meet the needs of upgrading operation. In this paper, the technical conception of longitudinal and transverse beam strengthening method is put forward, and the spatial finite element widening and strengthening model of hollow slab bridge is established, and the mechanical characteristics of the bridge strengthened by widening and strengthening of longitudinal and horizontal beam are studied. The emphasis is on the reasonable stiffness of the strengthened beam when the beam is widened and strengthened. The reasonable stiffness of the longitudinal and transverse beams is determined by calculation and contrast and the principle of reasonable stiffness is put forward. The load effect of bridge before and after widening and strengthening and the bearing capacity of the whole bridge are calculated and compared by using MIDAS/Civil spatial finite element software, and the effect of widening and strengthening method of longitudinal and transverse beam is verified. Combined with the actual characteristics of the bridge strengthened with longitudinal and transverse beams, the calculation method of transverse distribution coefficient of the newly added longitudinal beam is studied, and the method suitable for calculating the transverse distribution coefficient of the new longitudinal beam is found. On this basis, a simplified calculation method of longitudinal beam force is proposed and verified, which can be used for reference in the future calculation of longitudinal and transverse beam system.
