【摘要】：正交異性鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝是國內(nèi)外工程難題。實際使用過程中,許多鋼橋面鋪裝的使用壽命往往達(dá)不到設(shè)計使用年限,容易出現(xiàn)早期破壞,如開裂、車轍、脫層等病害,導(dǎo)致鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)失效。研究正交異性鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度設(shè)計方法,對正交異性鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,以及提高鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度和使用壽命的意義是非常大的。本文針對正交異性鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝存在的開裂和層間剪切滑移等主要破壞形式,以正交異性鋼橋面局部梁段為研究對象,采用數(shù)值模擬的方法,分析了正交異性鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝可靠性計算參數(shù),提出了基于可靠度的鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方法,且將其成功應(yīng)用于實體工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計使用年限的檢驗中。論文所做主要工作及研究的成果如下:1.采用相對成熟的蒙特卡洛計算法進(jìn)行鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度計算,并通過相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的資料收集和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計。2.對鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性理論進(jìn)行了簡單介紹,建立基于有限元的鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度計算分析模型,提出了鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝可靠度設(shè)計指標(biāo)的功能函數(shù)方程,對設(shè)計指標(biāo)的可靠度以及輸出變量的概率分布類型進(jìn)行了分析,并分析了影響輸出變量對結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計參數(shù)的敏感性。3.建立了基于可靠度的鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方法,并舉例進(jìn)行說明。4.對實體工程進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)收集與統(tǒng)計,結(jié)合可靠度設(shè)計方法,對設(shè)計完成的實體工程鋼橋面瀝青鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行可靠度分析,分析了三種不同鋪裝方案的可靠度,并進(jìn)行對比。
[Abstract]:Asphalt pavement of orthotropic steel deck is a difficult problem at home and abroad. In the process of practical use, many steel bridge deck pavement service life is often not up to the design life, prone to early damage, such as cracking, rutting, delamination and other diseases, resulting in steel bridge deck asphalt pavement structure failure. This paper studies the reliability design method of orthotropic steel deck asphalt pavement. It is of great significance to design orthotropic steel deck asphalt pavement structure and to improve the reliability and service life of steel bridge deck asphalt pavement structure. Aiming at the main failure forms such as cracking and interlayer shear slip of orthotropic steel deck asphalt pavement, this paper takes the local beam section of orthotropic steel deck as the research object, and adopts the method of numerical simulation. The reliability calculation parameters of orthotropic steel deck asphalt pavement are analyzed, and the reliability based design method of steel bridge deck asphalt pavement is put forward, and it is successfully applied to test the service life of solid engineering structure design. The main work and research results are as follows: 1. A relatively mature Monte Carlo method is used to calculate the reliability of steel bridge deck asphalt pavement structure. In this paper, the reliability theory of steel bridge deck asphalt pavement structure is briefly introduced, the calculation and analysis model of steel bridge deck asphalt pavement structure reliability based on finite element method is established, and the function equation of steel bridge deck asphalt pavement reliability design index is put forward. The reliability of the design index and the probability distribution type of the output variables are analyzed, and the sensitivity of the output variables to the structural design parameters is analyzed. The design method of steel bridge deck asphalt pavement structure based on reliability is established, and an example is given to illustrate it. Based on the data collection and statistics of solid engineering, the reliability analysis of asphalt pavement structure of steel bridge deck was carried out by combining the reliability design method, and the reliability of three different paving schemes was analyzed and compared.
