唐津高速改擴建中液態(tài)粉煤灰路基的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著大量道路的改擴建,尤其是高速公路的改擴建工程的展開,路堤填筑過程中面臨的新舊路基間的不均勻沉降、路基穩(wěn)定、橋頭跳車以及橋臺穩(wěn)定等問題亟待解決。為了更好地解決上述問題,新型的輕質(zhì)路基回填材料液態(tài)粉煤灰應(yīng)運而生。本文通過室內(nèi)實驗、運用ANSYS模擬分析,對液態(tài)粉煤灰在路基拓寬中的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變規(guī)律以及橋頭路堤填筑下的橋頭跳車、橋臺穩(wěn)定等進行了系統(tǒng)分析,并提出了適用于工程實際的優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案,同時進行了相關(guān)的監(jiān)測驗證。研究結(jié)果表明:液態(tài)粉煤灰用于路基拓寬時能減小新舊路基間的不均勻沉降,提高道路的整體穩(wěn)定性;其用于橋頭路堤回填時能夠很好地緩解橋頭跳車問題,提高橋臺的整體穩(wěn)定性?傊,液態(tài)粉煤灰的應(yīng)用能很好的緩解高速公路改擴建工程中路基拓寬和橋頭路堤填筑中的一系列問題,是十分理想的路堤填筑材料。
[Abstract]:With the reconstruction and expansion of a large number of roads, especially the expansion of expressway, the uneven settlement between new and old roadbed, subgrade stability, bridge head jump and bridge platform stability in the process of embankment filling need to be solved urgently. In order to better solve the above problems, a new type of light subgrade backfill material liquid fly ash emerges as the times require. In this paper, through laboratory experiments and ANSYS simulation analysis, the stress and strain law of liquid fly ash in subgrade widening, the vehicle jump at bridge head and the stability of bridge platform under embankment filling are systematically analyzed. The optimization design scheme suitable for engineering practice is put forward, and the relevant monitoring and verification are carried out at the same time. The results show that the uneven settlement between the old and the new roadbed can be reduced and the overall stability of the road can be improved when the liquid fly ash is used to broaden the roadbed. When it is used in backfilling of bridgehead embankment, it can alleviate the problem of vehicle jumping at bridgehead and improve the overall stability of bridge platform. In a word, the application of liquid fly ash can alleviate a series of problems in subgrade widening and bridge head embankment filling in expressway reconstruction and extension project, and it is a very ideal embankment filling material.
