【摘要】：某大橋橋塔采用門形框架結(jié)構(gòu),橋塔上橫梁為單箱單室預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),高度7~19m,橫梁頂面寬度為8.565m。針對(duì)該橋橋塔上橫梁結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、施工難點(diǎn)及工期要求,上橫梁與上塔柱采用異步施工方案,待塔身施工完成后再施工上橫梁。該橋塔上橫梁采用型鋼托架方法進(jìn)行施工。為了保證上橫梁在施工中的安全,建立了托架的有限元模型,從強(qiáng)度、剛度及穩(wěn)定性等方面對(duì)該托架進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)算,同時(shí)考慮橋塔與托架的相互作用。分析結(jié)果表明:在最不利工況荷載作用下,上橫梁托架結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度、剛度、穩(wěn)定性均滿足施工要求。
[Abstract]:The tower of a bridge adopts portal frame structure. The beam on the tower is a single box and single chamber prestressed concrete structure with a height of 7 m and a width of 8.565 m at the top of the beam. According to the structural characteristics, construction difficulties and construction period requirements of the upper beam of the bridge tower, the asynchronous construction scheme is adopted between the upper beam and the upper tower column, and then the upper beam is constructed after the construction of the tower body is completed. The beam on the tower of the bridge is constructed by section steel bracket method. In order to ensure the safety of the upper beam in construction, the finite element model of the bracket is established, and the strength, stiffness and stability of the bracket are checked and calculated, and the interaction between the tower and the bracket is considered at the same time. The analysis results show that the strength, stiffness and stability of the upper beam bracket structure meet the construction requirements under the most unfavorable load.
