【摘要】:微機(jī)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)是現(xiàn)代化變電站二次系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,是變電站實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合自動化的前提。35kV電壓等級的煤礦變電站,是煤礦供電的主力,在煤礦電網(wǎng)中占據(jù)重要地位,并且煤礦是一級負(fù)荷,其供電的可靠性對安全生產(chǎn)至關(guān)重要。隨著大批煤礦舊站的升級改造和新站的投入運(yùn)行,微機(jī)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)在35kV煤礦變電站中被廣泛應(yīng)用,因此加強(qiáng)微機(jī)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)在煤礦變電站中的應(yīng)用研究,對于煤礦供電系統(tǒng)的安全、可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行等方面有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 本文結(jié)合李雅莊新建35kV變電站工程,對其微機(jī)繼電保護(hù)系統(tǒng)和變電站綜合自動化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究、設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施。首先,根據(jù)李雅莊35kV舊站運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合未來發(fā)展的需求,制定了相應(yīng)的新站升級方案,并對變電站綜合自動化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與選型。其次,對李雅莊變電站繼電保護(hù)需求進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究與分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,,確定了變壓器、線路、電容器等主設(shè)備的保護(hù)功能,并選擇了相應(yīng)的微機(jī)保護(hù)裝置。同時(shí),對李雅莊變電站的施工環(huán)境、干擾源以及可能引起微機(jī)保護(hù)裝置誤動作的因素進(jìn)行了研究與分析,設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的施工方案。最后,在分析差動保護(hù)二次諧波制動原理及判據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上,通過變壓器空投試驗(yàn)來檢驗(yàn)二次諧波制動系數(shù)選取的合理性,保證了變壓器差動保護(hù)的可靠性。 李雅莊35kV變電站已投入運(yùn)行。結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,微機(jī)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)動作正確,變電站綜合自動化系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)時(shí)間、信息刷新速率等各類指標(biāo)均達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:Microcomputer protection system is an important part of the secondary system of modern substation. It is the premise of comprehensive automation of substation. 35 kV voltage grade coal mine substation is the main force of coal mine power supply. It occupies an important position in the coal mine power network, and the coal mine is a first class load, the reliability of its power supply is very important to the safety production. With the upgrading of a large number of old coal mine stations and the operation of new stations. The microcomputer protection system is widely used in 35kV coal mine substation, so strengthening the application research of the microcomputer protection system in the coal mine substation is safe and reliable for the coal mine power supply system. Economic operation and other aspects have important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, the microcomputer relay protection system and the substation integrated automation system are studied, designed and implemented in connection with the new 35kV substation project in Liyazhuang. According to the current operation situation of the 35 kV old station in Liyazhuang, combined with the demand of the future development, the upgrading scheme of the new station is formulated, and the integrated automation system of the substation is designed and selected. Secondly. The requirement of relay protection in Liyazhuang substation is studied and analyzed in detail. On this basis, the protection functions of main equipment such as transformer, line and capacitor are determined, and the corresponding microcomputer protection device is selected. The construction environment of Liyazhuang substation, the interference source and the factors that may cause the misoperation of the microcomputer protection device are studied and analyzed, and the corresponding construction scheme is designed. Based on the analysis of the second harmonic braking principle and criterion of differential protection, the rationality of selecting secondary harmonic braking coefficient is tested by air drop test of transformer, which ensures the reliability of transformer differential protection. Liyazhuang 35kV substation has been put into operation. The results show that the system is stable, the operation of microcomputer protection system is correct, and the response time of substation integrated automation system is correct. Information refresh rate and other indicators are up to the expected design requirements.
