【摘要】:由于內(nèi)蒙地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,內(nèi)蒙電網(wǎng)用電負(fù)荷日趨復(fù)雜化和多樣化,越來越多的非線型性、沖擊性、不平衡負(fù)載和產(chǎn)生諧波豐富的用電設(shè)備相繼接入電網(wǎng),這些負(fù)荷因素都會(huì)不同程度地影響到內(nèi)蒙公用電網(wǎng)的電能質(zhì)量指標(biāo)。另一方面?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)手段無法適應(yīng)風(fēng)電、電鐵等快速變化負(fù)荷的監(jiān)測(cè)要求,導(dǎo)致內(nèi)蒙古電力公司公用電網(wǎng)的電能質(zhì)量問題日益突出。而目前內(nèi)蒙古電能質(zhì)量在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置品種繁多、良莠不齊、互不兼容,需要研究相應(yīng)的技術(shù),加強(qiáng)電能質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)集成統(tǒng)一的處理,以規(guī)范電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)和電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的需要;谝陨锨闆r,內(nèi)蒙古智能化電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)管理平臺(tái)的研發(fā)與建設(shè)顯得尤為重要,該平臺(tái)以實(shí)用性、先進(jìn)性、可靠性、兼容性和可擴(kuò)充性為原則,研究開發(fā)并建成一套標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的、開放的電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)管理應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),選擇的監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)涵蓋了電鐵、風(fēng)電、光伏、高耗能四類負(fù)荷,包括電科院主站系統(tǒng)、鄂爾多斯供電局和烏蘭察布供電局2個(gè)子站系統(tǒng)、11個(gè)變電站35條出線的電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)試點(diǎn),監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)通過監(jiān)測(cè)終端上傳至子站,子站上傳至主站,子站、主站同時(shí)具有監(jiān)測(cè)分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)形成報(bào)告的功能。并對(duì)快速變動(dòng)負(fù)荷對(duì)計(jì)量的影響、數(shù)字化變電站電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)進(jìn)行了初步研究。系統(tǒng)的建成為電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)督和管控提供了有效手段,對(duì)加強(qiáng)電能質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)集成統(tǒng)一的處理提供了方法,為下一步電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。該平臺(tái)的建成為下一步開展全面的電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)奠定了基礎(chǔ),通過對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的分析我們發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)階段電網(wǎng)中電能質(zhì)量影響仍然很嚴(yán)重,電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的建成將為電能質(zhì)量問題的發(fā)現(xiàn)、治理提供了技術(shù)力量。為下一步的推廣應(yīng)用提供了方向。
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid economic development of Inner Mongolia, the power load of Inner Mongolia power network is becoming more and more complicated and diversified, and more and more non-linear, impact, unbalanced load and harmonic rich power equipment have been connected to the power grid. On the other hand, the traditional power quality monitoring methods can not meet the monitoring requirements of wind power, electric power and other rapidly changing loads. The problem of power quality of public power network of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company is becoming more and more serious. At present, there are many kinds of on-line monitoring devices of power quality in Inner Mongolia, good and bad are mixed, and they are not compatible, so it is necessary to study the corresponding technology. To strengthen the power quality data integration and unified processing, in order to standardize the power quality online monitoring system construction and the needs of the development of the grid. Based on the above situation. The research and development of Inner Mongolia intelligent power quality monitoring and management platform is particularly important. The platform is based on the principles of practicality, advanced, reliability, compatibility and expansibility, research and development and build a set of standards. Open power quality monitoring and management application system platform, selected monitoring points covering electric rail, wind power, photovoltaic, high energy consumption of four types of load, including the main station system of the Institute of electricity. Ordos Power supply Bureau and Wulanchabu Power supply Bureau 2 sub-station system, 11 substations 35 lines of power quality monitoring pilot, monitoring data through the monitoring terminal upload to the sub-station, sub-station upload to the main station, sub-station. At the same time, the main station has the function of monitoring and analysis, statistics to form a report, and the impact of the fast changing load on the measurement. The establishment of the system provides an effective means for power quality supervision and control, and provides a method to strengthen the integrated and unified processing of power quality data. It lays a foundation for the further development of power quality monitoring technology. The completion of the platform lays a foundation for the next step to carry out comprehensive power quality monitoring. Through the analysis of the monitoring data, we find that the power quality impact is still very serious in the current power network, and the power quality monitoring system will be the discovery of power quality problems. Governance provides a technical force. For the next step to promote the application of the direction.
