智能變電站二次設(shè)備狀態(tài)評(píng)估模型及其應(yīng)用的研究

【摘要】:目前電網(wǎng)正在向堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng)的方向發(fā)展。隨著大量新建智能變電站的投入運(yùn)行,智能二次設(shè)備的數(shù)量急劇增加。智能二次設(shè)備與常規(guī)二次設(shè)備存在著較大的差異,其狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)也應(yīng)做出調(diào)整來(lái)適應(yīng)這種差異。本文主要研究智能二次設(shè)備的狀態(tài)評(píng)估方法及其應(yīng)用。首先梳理了電力設(shè)備檢修體制的發(fā)展過(guò)程,分析狀態(tài)檢修和定期檢修的不同,闡述繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修的必要性、可行性和優(yōu)越性,總結(jié)了繼電保護(hù)裝置進(jìn)行狀態(tài)檢修的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。其次,介紹智能變電站的體系結(jié)構(gòu),分析了在IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)約基礎(chǔ)上的智能變電站二次設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和智能化裝置自檢技術(shù),闡述繼電保護(hù)二次回路物理鏈路和邏輯鏈路的在線監(jiān)測(cè)原理和實(shí)施方式,設(shè)計(jì)出220kV長(zhǎng)風(fēng)智能變電站繼電保護(hù)在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)及實(shí)施流程,總結(jié)提煉出具體的可操作的在線監(jiān)測(cè)信息用于狀態(tài)評(píng)估。最后將模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論引入到智能變電站二次設(shè)備狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)中,基于模糊綜合評(píng)判思想,利用專家估測(cè)法和層次分析法為多層次的眾多評(píng)判因素建立權(quán)重集,根據(jù)評(píng)判因素的特性構(gòu)造適當(dāng)?shù)哪:植己瘮?shù)計(jì)算出模糊關(guān)系矩陣,對(duì)模糊合成運(yùn)算的算子做了適當(dāng)改進(jìn),根據(jù)最大隸屬原則對(duì)模糊綜合評(píng)判結(jié)果向量進(jìn)行分析,并將分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行了百分制數(shù)量化,從而清析直觀的呈現(xiàn)給狀態(tài)檢修決策者。通過(guò)對(duì)長(zhǎng)風(fēng)智能變電站繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的實(shí)際評(píng)估,證明該評(píng)判方法是合理有效的。在智能二次設(shè)備狀態(tài)評(píng)估中引入模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論,很好的發(fā)揮了智能設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測(cè)的優(yōu)勢(shì),把人們對(duì)智能設(shè)備的定性判斷轉(zhuǎn)換成計(jì)算機(jī)能識(shí)別的精確語(yǔ)言,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)智能設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的定量分析,對(duì)電力企業(yè)施實(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化管理具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the power grid is developing towards the direction of strong smart grid. With a large number of new intelligent substation put into operation. The number of intelligent secondary equipment has increased dramatically. There is a great difference between intelligent secondary equipment and conventional secondary equipment. The state evaluation system should also be adjusted to adapt to this difference. This paper mainly studies the status assessment method and its application of intelligent secondary equipment. Firstly, the development process of power equipment maintenance system is analyzed. This paper analyzes the difference between condition maintenance and periodic maintenance, expounds the necessity, feasibility and superiority of condition maintenance of relay protection equipment, and summarizes the key technology of condition maintenance of relay protection device. Secondly. This paper introduces the architecture of intelligent substation, and analyzes the secondary equipment condition monitoring and intelligent device self-checking technology based on IEC61850 standard. The on-line monitoring principle and implementation mode of physical link and logical link in secondary circuit of relay protection are described. The on-line monitoring system and implementation flow of relay protection for 220 kV Changfeng intelligent substation are designed. Finally, the fuzzy mathematics theory is introduced into the secondary equipment condition evaluation of intelligent substation, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation idea. The expert estimation method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are used to establish the weight set for the multi-level evaluation factors, and the fuzzy relation matrix is calculated according to the characteristics of the evaluation factors. Based on the principle of maximum membership, the fuzzy synthetic evaluation result vector is analyzed, and the analysis results are quantified by the percentile system. Through the analysis of the situation maintenance decision makers, through the Changfeng intelligent substation relay protection equipment operation status of the actual evaluation. It is proved that the evaluation method is reasonable and effective. The fuzzy mathematics theory is introduced into the state evaluation of intelligent secondary equipment, and the advantage of on-line monitoring of intelligent equipment is well brought into play. It is of great significance to convert the qualitative judgment of intelligent equipment into an accurate language that can be recognized by computer, to realize the quantitative analysis of the running state of intelligent equipment and to standardize and standardize the operation of electric power enterprises.
