【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家對(duì)風(fēng)力發(fā)電的大力支持,近幾年風(fēng)力發(fā)電在我國(guó)發(fā)展迅速,裝機(jī)容量逐年大幅度提升,但現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)致電網(wǎng)對(duì)電能的吸納能力有限,而風(fēng)能的大小又是不可控的,故電網(wǎng)對(duì)風(fēng)電的電壓、無(wú)功調(diào)節(jié)能力提出了更高的要求。為了滿足電網(wǎng)對(duì)各系統(tǒng)子站的實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)度要求、提高值班人員的工作效率,著手開發(fā)風(fēng)力發(fā)電適用的自動(dòng)電壓控制系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)從本人工作單位的實(shí)際需求出發(fā),采用實(shí)驗(yàn)研究、數(shù)值分析的方法對(duì)風(fēng)電場(chǎng)自動(dòng)電壓控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試。通過(guò)理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的方法研究有別于傳統(tǒng)電壓控制系統(tǒng)、具有風(fēng)力發(fā)電特色的自動(dòng)電壓控制系統(tǒng)。本文所設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)采用B/S模式、使用SQLSERVER2003以及C#語(yǔ)言編制,通過(guò)數(shù)值分析、邏輯循環(huán)、邏輯判斷來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)電場(chǎng)的自動(dòng)電壓控制。通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)和研究傳統(tǒng)自動(dòng)電壓控制系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行原理,再結(jié)合本單位已經(jīng)投運(yùn)風(fēng)電場(chǎng)的實(shí)際特點(diǎn)和風(fēng)電場(chǎng)所在地的氣候特點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用數(shù)值分析的方法來(lái)開發(fā)具有風(fēng)電適應(yīng)性的自動(dòng)電壓控制系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)歷史運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)的錄入,大量的通過(guò)表單數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)積累系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn),以此為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合風(fēng)電場(chǎng)所在地的數(shù)值天氣預(yù)報(bào),預(yù)測(cè)、分析、調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)電場(chǎng)的電壓水平,以滿足系統(tǒng)需求。
[Abstract]:With the great support of the country to wind power generation, wind power generation has developed rapidly in China in recent years, and the installed capacity has been greatly increased year by year. But at present, the power grid structure of our country leads to the limited capacity of the power grid to absorb electricity. However, the wind energy is not controllable, so the power grid put forward higher requirements for wind power voltage, reactive power regulation ability. In order to meet the real-time dispatching requirements of the system sub-stations, improve the working efficiency of the personnel on duty. Start to develop the automatic voltage control system for wind power generation. This system starts from the actual needs of my work unit, and adopts the experimental research. The method of numerical analysis is used to analyze the demand of automatic voltage control system of wind farm, design and implement the system, test the system, and study the method of combining theory with practice, which is different from the traditional voltage control system. Automatic voltage control system with the characteristics of wind power generation. The system designed in this paper uses B / S mode, SQLSERVER2003 and C # language programming, through numerical analysis, logical cycle. Logic judgment is used to realize the automatic voltage control of wind farm. By studying and studying the operation principle of the traditional automatic voltage control system. Combined with the unit has been put into operation of the actual characteristics of wind farms and the climate characteristics of the site of the wind farm. Focus on the use of numerical analysis method to develop an automatic voltage control system with wind power adaptability. Through the input of historical operation data, a large number of form data to accumulate system learning experience, based on this. Combined with the numerical weather forecast, prediction, analysis and regulation of the wind farm voltage level to meet the system requirements.
