智能變電站智能設(shè)備互換性實(shí)現(xiàn)方法研究

【摘要】:變電站是電力系統(tǒng)重要組成部分,智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展給變電站技術(shù)水平提出了更高的要求。變電站經(jīng)歷了傳統(tǒng)變電站、數(shù)字化變電站和智能變電站三個(gè)發(fā)展階段。目前智能變電站已經(jīng)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,由于IEC61850的應(yīng)用,智能變電站智能設(shè)備之間的互操作性已經(jīng)能夠很好的實(shí)現(xiàn)。但是在實(shí)際變電站工程當(dāng)中采用人工配置的方式效率較低,不同廠家生產(chǎn)設(shè)備模型之間的兼容性也存在缺陷。另外,智能設(shè)備的更換或增加可能需要對(duì)全站的智能設(shè)備重新配置。考慮到目前變電站配置方式對(duì)技術(shù)人員的技術(shù)水平的依賴,智能變電站的維護(hù)和擴(kuò)建將遇到更多的困難。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,論文研究一種智能變電站智能設(shè)備的自動(dòng)配置方法,即對(duì)智能設(shè)備的互換性實(shí)現(xiàn)方法展開研究,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)智能設(shè)備的“即插即用”。 首先,論文分析了IEC61850第二版更新的內(nèi)容,在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了變電站和智能設(shè)備的建模方法。由于IEC61850給出的建模方法并沒有明確邏輯設(shè)備和邏輯節(jié)點(diǎn)是服務(wù)的接受方還是提供方,不利于模型的自動(dòng)配置,本文對(duì)智能設(shè)備模型的邏輯設(shè)備和邏輯節(jié)點(diǎn)服務(wù)進(jìn)行了定義,對(duì)資源對(duì)象的提供還是需求進(jìn)行了區(qū)分。提出了智能變電站智能設(shè)備互換性過(guò)程。 其次,論文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外廣泛應(yīng)用的“即插即用”技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析,分別研究了PNP、UPnP和Jini的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)。通過(guò)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),Jini跨平臺(tái)、面向?qū)ο、基于服?wù)、分布式的特點(diǎn)使得其能夠適應(yīng)智能變電站環(huán)境。本文提出使用IEC61850和Jini技術(shù)相結(jié)合來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)智能設(shè)備的自動(dòng)配置。 最后,論文建立了符合國(guó)內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的變電站模型,將互換性的實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程分為兩次模型的關(guān)聯(lián),一是智能設(shè)備模型與智能變電站模型的關(guān)聯(lián),確定了智能設(shè)備的功能間隔,為智能二次設(shè)備的關(guān)聯(lián)提供依據(jù);二是智能設(shè)備模型之間的關(guān)聯(lián),確定了設(shè)備之間的數(shù)據(jù)交互關(guān)系。針對(duì)某些智能設(shè)備在智能變電站只應(yīng)用了部分功能,論文對(duì)服務(wù)的有效性進(jìn)行了定義,防止將模型中描述了但是未啟用的部分服務(wù)加入到自動(dòng)配置的過(guò)程。論文運(yùn)用JDK和Jini搭建了互換性驗(yàn)證平臺(tái),仿真了智能設(shè)備的互換性實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,,按要求自動(dòng)生成了智能設(shè)備的配置文件,驗(yàn)證了本文提出的互換性實(shí)現(xiàn)方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Substation is an important part of power system. The development of smart grid puts forward higher requirements for substation technical level. Digital substation and intelligent substation are three stages of development. At present, intelligent substation has been widely used, because of the application of IEC61850, The interoperability between intelligent devices in intelligent substations has been realized well. But in actual substation engineering, the manual configuration is inefficient, and the compatibility among the models of different manufacturers is also defective. The replacement or increase of smart devices may require the reconfiguration of smart devices throughout the station. Considering the dependence of the current substation configuration on the technical level of technicians, The maintenance and expansion of intelligent substation will meet more difficulties. In view of the above problems, this paper studies an automatic configuration method of intelligent equipment in intelligent substation, that is, the interchangeability realization method of intelligent equipment. In order to achieve the intelligent device "plug and play". First of all, the paper analyzes the content of the second edition of IEC61850, On this basis, the modeling method of substation and intelligent device is studied. Because the modeling method given by IEC61850 is not clear whether the logical device and the logical node are the recipient or provider of the service, it is not conducive to the automatic configuration of the model. In this paper, the logic device and logic node service of intelligent device model are defined, the resource object is provided or the requirement is distinguished, and the interchangeability process of intelligent equipment in intelligent substation is proposed. Secondly, the paper analyzes the "plug and play" technology which is widely used at home and abroad, and studies the technical characteristics of PNPP and Jini respectively. Through the analysis, it is found that Jini is cross-platform, object-oriented and service-based. The distributed system can adapt to the environment of intelligent substation. In this paper, the combination of IEC61850 and Jini technology is proposed to realize the automatic configuration of intelligent equipment. Finally, the paper establishes the substation model which conforms to the domestic standard, divides the interchangeability realization process into two models correlation, one is the intelligent device model and intelligent substation model correlation, determines the intelligent device function interval. It provides the basis for the association of intelligent secondary devices, the correlation between intelligent device models, and determines the data interaction between devices. In view of some intelligent devices, only some functions are applied in intelligent substations. In this paper, the validity of services is defined to prevent some services described but not enabled in the model from being added to the process of automatic configuration. An interchangeability verification platform is built by using JDK and Jini. The interchangeability realization process of intelligent equipment is simulated and the configuration file of intelligent equipment is automatically generated according to the requirements. The feasibility and effectiveness of the interchangeability realization method proposed in this paper are verified.
