通過濺射與退火制備的用于固體氧化物燃料電池的氧化釓摻雜氧化鈰電解質(zhì)隔層

【摘要】:采用濺射或濺射與退火相結(jié)合的方法制備了一系列氧化釓摻雜的氧化鈰(GDC)隔層,并考察了其對固體氧化燃料電池性能的影響.結(jié)果表明,200°C下濺射獲得了立方結(jié)構(gòu)氧化釓摻雜的氧化鈰均勻薄膜,在900 1100°C范圍內(nèi)的退火處理使得GDC薄膜致密,從而有效阻止了氧化釔摻雜的氧化鋯電解質(zhì)與陰極材料之間的反應(yīng),大幅度提高了電池的電化學(xué)性能.
[Abstract]:A series of gadolinium oxide doped cerium oxide (GDC) interlayers were prepared by sputtering or sputtering combined with annealing, and their effects on the performance of solid oxide fuel cells were investigated. The results show that cubic structure gadolinium oxide doped homogeneous cerium oxide thin films are obtained by sputtering at 200 擄C, and annealed in the range of 1100 擄C, the GDC thin films are densified. Thus, the reaction between the yttrium doped zirconia electrolyte and the cathode material is effectively prevented, and the electrochemical performance of the battery is greatly improved.
