新型高壓輸電線路低下限死區(qū)大功率在線取能裝置

【摘要】:為解決覆冰在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)供能問題,研制了一種低下限死區(qū)、大功率輸出的取能線圈。采用初始磁導率較高的納米晶材料鐵芯,且鐵芯的二次繞組有多個抽頭輸出,利用邏輯控制固態(tài)繼電器在不同變比間切換,實現(xiàn)在不同的電流范圍選取不同的匝數(shù)。試驗發(fā)現(xiàn),在母線電流為2 A時,取能線圈輸出功率可0.5 W;母線電流達到100 A時,取能線圈飽和程度低;母線電流達到1 000 A時,鐵芯被保護不達到磁飽和狀態(tài)。試驗結果表明,特制的取能線圈能夠在較低的電流下限取得較大的輸出功率,在母線大電流時不致深度飽和損壞鐵芯。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of energy supply in the icing on-line monitoring system, a kind of high power output energy extraction coil with low lower limit dead zone is developed. The nanocrystalline core with high initial permeability is used, and the secondary winding of the core has multiple tap outputs. The solid state relay is controlled by logic to switch between different ratios, and different turns are selected in different current range. It is found that when the bus current is 2 A, the output power can be 0.5 W, when the bus current is 100 A, the saturation degree of the energy extraction coil is low, and when the bus current reaches 1 000 A, the core is protected from magnetic saturation. The experimental results show that the special energy extraction coil can obtain large output power at the lower current limit, and the core will not be deeply saturated when the busbar is high current.
