基于LED路燈透鏡設(shè)計(jì)的自由曲面算法研究

【摘要】:在LED照明問題中,如何根據(jù)照度分布要求來設(shè)計(jì)出能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)它的自由曲面面型一直是一個(gè)非常重要的問題,F(xiàn)有的關(guān)于自由曲面的設(shè)計(jì)方法主要有數(shù)學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)方法,幾何設(shè)計(jì)方法以及優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法。自由曲面設(shè)計(jì)方法的研究在國(guó)內(nèi)盡管起步較晚,但引起了國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者們極大的學(xué)術(shù)熱情,其中也涌現(xiàn)出了許多非常出色的設(shè)計(jì)方法。然而,由于出于商業(yè)保密的原因,一些效果出色的算法未有公開,不能普及于工業(yè)屆的應(yīng)用。由于本課題結(jié)合一個(gè)具體的應(yīng)用需求,且最終目的是要搭建能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)自動(dòng)化或半自動(dòng)化的自由曲面設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),故此,本文的主要工作將分為兩大部分。其一,本文將主要著眼于自由曲面優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法的研究,以此保證曲面的可加工性。其二,整個(gè)優(yōu)化流程的編寫,以此保證非專業(yè)人士經(jīng)簡(jiǎn)單培訓(xùn)后亦可使用。論文首先介紹了自由曲面設(shè)計(jì)算法的研究意義和國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,其中,對(duì)與基于經(jīng)緯劃分的自由曲面設(shè)計(jì)方法和龍格庫塔方法進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的介紹,并給出了設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例。接著闡述了自由曲面的表述方式。然而,本論文的主要內(nèi)容并不著重于研究自由曲面在軟件中的表述方式。而是結(jié)合公司的合作項(xiàng)目要求提出了基于照度反饋的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)算法以及基于最優(yōu)化方法的自由曲面優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)算法。大致的思路與算法流程圖在第4章中有詳細(xì)的敘述。在每一節(jié)的末尾處,根據(jù)所提出的優(yōu)化算法,設(shè)計(jì)了一種均勻照明的LED路燈透鏡。在分析總結(jié)之前的工作之后,在第五章中,又提出了新的優(yōu)化算法。需要說明的是,首先,由于自由曲面在二次開發(fā)平臺(tái)中的表述問題,本論文的后半段工作更換到了其他軟件中去。其二,為了能夠使設(shè)計(jì)過程更為靈活,優(yōu)化算法每次反饋過程中自由曲面的計(jì)算方法由原本的基于經(jīng)緯劃分的自由曲面構(gòu)造方法改為龍格-庫塔設(shè)計(jì)方法。同樣,在第五章的結(jié)尾處,給出了設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例。并對(duì)該實(shí)例的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。最后,是對(duì)課題的總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:In the problem of LED illumination, how to design the surface of free-form surface according to the illumination distribution is always a very important problem. The existing design methods of free-form surface mainly include mathematical design method, geometric design method and optimization design method. Although the research of freeform surface design has started late in China, it has aroused great academic enthusiasm of domestic scholars, among which many excellent design methods have emerged. However, due to commercial secrecy, some outstanding algorithms are not publicly available and cannot be popularized in industrial applications. Because this subject combines a specific application requirement, and the ultimate aim is to build a freeform surface design platform which can realize automation or semi-automation, the main work of this paper will be divided into two parts. Firstly, this paper focuses on the optimization design of free-form surfaces to ensure the machinability of surfaces. Second, the whole optimization process to ensure that lay-professionals after simple training can be used. Firstly, this paper introduces the research significance of free-form surface design algorithm and the present situation at home and abroad. Among them, the free-form surface design method based on longitude and weft division and Runge-Kutta method are introduced in detail, and the design examples are given. Then the representation of free form surface is described. However, the main content of this paper does not focus on the expression of free surface in software. An optimal design algorithm based on illumination feedback and an algorithm for optimal design of free form surface based on optimization method are proposed according to the requirements of the company's cooperation project. The general idea and algorithm flow chart are described in detail in Chapter 4. At the end of each section, according to the proposed optimization algorithm, a uniform illumination LED street lamp lens is designed. After analyzing and summarizing the previous work, a new optimization algorithm is proposed in chapter 5. First of all due to the representation of freeform surfaces in the Quadric Development platform the work in the second half of this paper is replaced by other software. Secondly, in order to make the design process more flexible, the calculation method of free surface is changed from the original method based on longitude and latitude partition to the Runge-Kutta design method in each feedback process of the optimization algorithm. Similarly, at the end of chapter 5, an example is given. The results of this example are analyzed. Finally, it is the summary and prospect of the subject.
